Affecting System - All Servers
From the 23rd to the 25th May, 2026, we've performed several upgrades across our server fleet.
As a result your server name is likely to have changed. If you use the server name directly to connect to mail or FTP you will need to update this in your application. If you use the suggested settings based on your own domain then you do not need to make any changes.
For mail you should connect to:Â mail.yourdomain.extÂ
For FTP you should connect to: ftp.yourdomain.ext
To access your control panel, please login to your account at my.netweaver.uk then click 'Login to cPanel' next to the relevant account in the orange box on the homepage.
To view the name of the server you're now using, login to the your account at my.netweaver.uk and then click 'View Details' next to the relevant account in the orange box on the homepage.
