What is Aura?
Aura is a multi-provider infrastructure management dashboard. It brings your servers, CDN zones, DNS records, and WordPress sites into one interface so you can manage everything without switching between provider consoles.
Which providers are supported?
Aura currently supports Cloudways (servers and apps), Cloudflare (DNS and zones), Bunny CDN (pull zones and storage), and Hostinger. More providers are on the roadmap.
Is my data secure?
All provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Sessions use database-backed tokens with optional TOTP two-factor authentication. The platform enforces a Content Security Policy and all communication is over HTTPS.
How does early access work?
Sign up with your Google account and your organization will be placed on a waitlist. We review and activate accounts on a rolling basis. Once activated, you have full access to Aura.
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit — manage up to 5 sites and 2 provider connections at no cost. Upgrade to Pro or Agency when you need more capacity.
What does Digitizer Site Worker do?
Digitizer Site Worker is a free WordPress plugin that connects your sites to the Aura dashboard. It enables remote health monitoring, plugin and theme updates, and maintenance — all through authenticated REST API endpoints with zero frontend impact.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
