Astonishing! History and education not only about how the many clocks work but how time has been used like in developing longitude.

Great place to visit and see the history of watches and clocks. I was amazed at all the makers that were in CT back in the day as that is my home state. I was actually surprised to see all the Seth Thomas clocks as I remember the factory in Thomaston CT.

Wonderful experience at the NWAC Museum. Extensive collection of unique antique clocks and watches. Beautiful exhibits showcases the history of time pieces. Great staff, book store, and outstanding opportunity to learn about clocks and watches. Plan to spend 1.5 hours touring this museum in one of the the most lovely towns in Eastern PA.

My family and I had a great time at the National Watch and Clock Museum. The museum is not just about clocks and watches but also about World and American history. The craftsmanship and design put into these exhibits are exceptional. They even had a scavenger hunt for the kids. 10/10 and we will be visiting again!!

This is a beautiful museum with a ton to see. It is a huge building with an even bigger collection of watches and clocks. I love grandfather clocks and they have a big collection of them. They had a special display there of The Engle Clock and it is a beautiful piece. It can take up to 2 hours to get through the whole museum. The display shop section is amazing as well.

Had stopped here for a couple hours during a day trip out to the area & easily could've spent longer. The amount & variety of clocks & watches here was unreal. So many intricate & ornate designs, ones I've never seen or heard of before, & some even from the 1600's. Many are so detailed that pictures don't even do the pieces justice. Would recommend for anyone interested in history & art. Worth the two hour drive & would definitely return.

When my couple asked to have their engagement photos taken at this museum I thought, I didn't even know watch and clocks were in museums. My couple called ahead and made sure that it would be allowed and we were given the all clear. The staff was so wonderful and helpful every step of the way. Plus they have some really cool clocks to check out!

I was pleasantly surprised about this museum. The clock collection was well kept and included many amazing clocks and displays. One of our grandkids has a very short attention span but the museum adroitly provided for this by having a scavenger hunt for various creatures hiding throughout the displays. It was a hit for both our horology oriented grandson and our attention-challenged grandson. Our granddaughter enjoyed the displays and the hunt. My favorite was the Grand Statuary Clock.
