Delivering new homes

We’re working with Oldham Council to create a town centre neighbourhood, with 2,000 new mixed-tenure homes. Our place partnership will bring millions of pounds of investment into Oldham, as well as creating new jobs and opportunities for communities to thrive and prosper.

Heritage as the building blocks

Oldham is a young and diverse place, looking confidently to realise its potential as a great place to live, work and visit. Our vision is to create a neighbourhood with character, with thousands of new homes and an emphasis on sustainability, community and quality. We want to respect Oldham’s strong industrial heritage whilst building a brighter future.

A place for Oldhamers

We want to develop a safer and healthier environment, prioritising local jobs and learning opportunities for Oldhamers. We’ll create a desirable place to live and spend time in, which reflects the culturally diverse communities of the borough.

Partners

I’m thrilled that we are forging ahead with these exciting, ambitious, and truly game-changing plans to create a town centre for future generations to live in.
