We have some common interests when it comes to the Candlelighters, and there hasn't been a lot of organization yet. You might've noticed that all cats have vanished from the city for their annual conference and that means it's time for all the rats and the rest of us to have a grand ol' time. Since you're new here this year's party is all on Personification Initiative's shekel.

[ The CiD feed first shows a little kid. Big eyes, curly dark hair, and an interested look (quite upclose) to her. In the background there is a constant noise - banging on the door and then some words that aren't quite distinguishable. But the kid is just watching the screen interested until another one comes, puffy eyes. About two years old or so, maybe less, maybe more. It's hard to say. They look pretty alike, although the puffy-eyed one has shorter hair. A boy, possibly.

They are then moved around, like someone is picking them up and the toddler holding the CiD leans back against whoever is picking them up - who has also noticed the CiD. Qu'est que ce--?

A female voice and then the device is being picked up and the face that appears looks confused and tired. There's something around her neck, like a collar, and she looks exhausted besides tired. A bit scared too. Curly dark hair held back in a ponytail, big hazel eyes. ]

Is there... anyone out there? Please-- we're trapped in here. They-- My kids are scared. [ She adjusts them, holds them tighter, and the CiD is able to record a better look, the two twins and the woman. ] Please, get us out.

Hello. For those who don't know, my name is Martha Snape-Jones and I'm a doctor. [That additional piece of her name wasn't treated any differently than the Jones was. The cat was out of the bag, as it were.]

Given the diverse population that we have here, and the differences in patients that we're going to need to treat, I'd like to create a group of doctors that share information on those different types. Patient confidentiality is paramount, so this would never be in specifics about people.

I would also like to talk to different people within our cohort about your worlds, what medical practices worked there, what works for you here now. If you're nonhuman, or from a different time, and would be willing to let me examine you, that'd be brilliant as well. I'd be as non-invasive as I possibly could.

I think that the more we create a shared medical knowledge the better off we'll be. I'll be glad to come to you to talk about this sort of thing if it makes you more comfortable.

I'd also be very glad if you could give me a starting place, even if it's just books or something like that.

Okay, points for originality - and creepy Stepford Wives style paperwork, very authentic - but 'd really like to be let out now so I can maybe enjoy the rest of the haunted house. And you might want to rethink the borderline kidnapping thing, considering I can't remember how I ended up in this room - the Halloween party had hardly even started, you know.

At least, I hope this is... just a really inventive haunted house. Getting sucked into another world, that's totally sci-fi or - horror, it's not real.
