Multitrack Recording Studio 5 is an audio and MIDI multitrack recording software. The software features recording of new tracks while playing the current ones. It features a mono and stereo audio mode. Cycle recording allows automatic multiple recordings to take place simultaneously.

The pitch of the song can be synchronized with the instrument using the VariSpeed option. Only one key press is needed for record alternate. The soundcard outputs are supported by its Route group and effect return sections. The mixes can be either stored or recalled using song versions. The mix can be enhanced in a real-time mode using a variety of 19 audio effects with VST and DX plug-ins.

Multitrack Recording Studio also features side chaining options for a powerful effect. The disk stream sampler reads GIG, SF2 and SFZ patches. The latest VSTi and DXi plug-ins are also supported by this software. The recording can be punched in or out in case of any mistake. The audio editing is non-destructive and there are unlimited sessions of undo supported by it.
