Boy Meets World
This show is just so funny and the relationships between the characters as they get older are amazing. I loved this show so much growing up, and I still love it and the characters to this day. If I had it on DVD I'd be watching it all the time, and if it still came on the Disney channel for reruns or ABC family, I'd be watching it there, too. Instead, I casually watch clips on Youtube, because that's the only place I can find it.
Anyways, I think that although there's entirely crazy sitcom moments on this show, it's a really accurate example of a coming of age story, a lot like the Wonder Years was. Mr.Feeny is actually who inspired me to want to be a teacher, when I was about 9 or 10 years old. I just loved him and idolized him and wanted to impact lives the way he did for Cory and Topanga and Shawn.
My favorite seasons are when the kids are in the later years of high school and in college, but the whole series is overall enjoyable and I think everyone should watch it at least once. It was my first exposure to what high school would be like outside of Saved by the Bell, so it was refreshing to see, and it holds a very special place in my heart.
