Deputy General Counsel
As Deputy General Counsel, Mike oversees Mucker’s investment process, advises the firm on a variety legal matters, and assists with firm operations and compliance.
Prior to joining Mucker, Mike was a corporate attorney with Silicon Legal Strategy, APC and Cooley LLP, where he advised innovative venture-backed technology companies on a variety of legal issues, including formation, debt and equity financing, corporate governance, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. He also advised investors in debt and equity financings and ongoing compliance matters. Mike began his legal career as a labor and employment attorney with Littler Mendelson P.C.
Mike is lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds degrees in Economics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Davis, and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
