NYEVS Fellows Course Information

FELLOWS COURSE APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!

Overview

The 2026 NY Endovascular Fellows Course is a one-day educational meeting designed for advanced trainees in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery. The course exposes fellows to all facets of complex vascular disease and contemporary endovascular intervention. This course will be held in conjunction with the New York Endovascular Summit (NYEVS), which will showcase exemplary live cases on Friday and Saturday, September 25–26, 2026.

The 2026 Endovascular Fellows Course will offer comprehensive coverage of the major aspects of modern vascular and endovascular medicine. The program combines didactic lectures, case-based presentations and discussions, and hands-on training through cadaver laboratory experiences and simulator-based product stations. With the increasing prevalence of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and venous disease worldwide, it is essential that fellows develop a strong foundation in both diagnostic and therapeutic endovascular techniques. Through case-based discussions and interactive sessions with internationally recognized faculty, fellows will gain practical insights that extend beyond traditional conference formats.

Key topics addressed during the course include diagnostics and medical management of PAD, aortoiliac interventions, femoropopliteal disease, below-the-knee interventions, acute limb ischemia, acute vascular syndromes, and venous disease. Sessions will review contemporary clinical trial data, emerging technologies, and practical approaches to device selection, vessel preparation, and intravascular imaging. These topics form the foundation of endovascular practice, particularly as the aging population and rising incidence of PAD continue to increase the number of patients requiring complex interventions.
