Description

Add the description from menu items when the item is display

Installation

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/menu-description directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
In Appearance -> Menus -> Screen Options check the Description checkbox
Select a menu, and enable the “Display Description” setting
