Job Title: Overmolding Machine Operator

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Overmolding Machine Operator to run and maintain overmolding equipment for electronic solutions manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor overmolding machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
- Process Optimization: Recommend improvements for efficiency and process reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience operating molding or overmolding machines.
- Skills:
- Understanding of mold design and materials.
- Familiarity with machine programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
