The mPorezna mobile application increases the availability of electronic services of the Ministry of Finance - Tax Administration to taxpayers and reduces the costs of fulfilling tax obligations.

The application was developed as part of the project "Connecting and improving application solutions within the Information System of the Tax Administration and the development of mPorezna" co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund.

Taxpayers who are users of mobile devices can gain insight into their data, received messages and tax acts through the mobile application, can submit requests, get important information about their tax obligations and send an inquiry to the Tax Administration regarding the eTax and mTax systems.

Through the application, taxpayers can also see the balance on the tax accounting card (PKK), download the 2D barcode for making payments, view the details of submitted forms and requests, check notifications and deadlines for submitting forms through a personalized tax calendar, can request changes to tax card data. (PK), request for issuance of a certificate on the state of debt, request for change of data in the Register of Taxpayers, informative calculation of salary data through the service of calculator for salary calculation, directly contact the Tax Administration via the service "Write to us" and anonymously report tax and other foul.

Also, taxpayers are provided with insight into the data from the JOPPD form (Report on receipts, income tax and surtax and contributions for compulsory insurance) for the service user, Insight into IP1 / IP2 - insight into data on salary, pension, contributions, tax and surtaxes that are included in the annual calculation (calculated and paid receipts) and Insight into IP3 - insight into data on salary, pension, contributions, tax and surtax that are not included in the annual calculation.

The functionalities are adapted to work on smaller screens so that the use experience is optimal with the possibility of adjusting the font size and color of the screen. To use the application, you need to log in via the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS) using one of the recognized NIAS system credentials. To log in to the application you need to have a valid NIAS credential of significant or low security level: significant security level includes for example mToken, Fina Soft certificate, token / mtoken bank devices connected to NIAS system while low security level includes ePass, eMail, AAI @ EduHr username and password, HT Telekom ID.

The strategic goal of the Tax Administration is two-way electronic communication between the Tax Administration and taxpayers, so the establishment of electronic services on mobile platforms is a significant step in expanding the circle of users and expanding the availability of electronic services of the Tax Administration to taxpayers. As part of this project, new functionalities of the ePorezna system were developed through the establishment of the umbrella mobile application mPorezna, within which the availability of electronic services of the Tax Administration to citizens and entrepreneurs will be enabled through the functions of mobile applications.

The content of the mobile application is the sole responsibility of the Ministry of Finance - Tax Administration, and was developed by APIS IT d.o.o.
