A food-plaza chain runs multiple outlets that move large volumes of perishable stock every day, receiving goods, issuing them to kitchen departments, handling returns and damage, and reconciling opening and closing stock so management knows exactly what is on hand at each branch.
In practice that operation was held together by manual registers and branch-level spreadsheets, which meant inaccurate counts, avoidable expiry wastage, no head-office visibility and slow, error-prone reconciliation. Gallops replaces that patchwork with one real-time stock ledger.

One connected system to run every outlet end to end, with strict role-based access and full traceability suited to a fast-moving, perishable-stock operation.
A production-ready, modular inventory web application organised into clear functional areas, each backed by fast server-side data grids, validation and a real-time stock ledger.
Four principles shaped every architectural decision behind Gallops Food Plaza, built for a multi-branch, perishable-stock operation from day one.
Procurement, inward, outward, returns and damage all post to a single real-time ledger, so every movement traces back to one record per branch.
Two-tier Head Office and Branch roles with every query scoped and isolated by branch keep each outlet’s data separate and accountable.
Batch and shelf-life captured at goods receipt drive first-in-first-out goods issue and expiry monitoring to cut perishable wastage.
Scheduled day-end snapshots roll closing stock into the next day’s opening, so balances reconcile automatically without manual counting.
Built on a proven Laravel stack with an AdminLTE admin UI, server-side data tables for scale, scheduled day-end automation and Excel-powered bulk data flows.

A stock and inventory management system is a single platform that runs a multi-branch operation end to end, procurement, master data, goods receipt (GRN), goods issue, returns, damage and daily stock reconciliation, against one real-time ledger. Gallops Food Plaza tracks every product from vendor purchase through receipt, issue and day-end closing across each outlet, replacing the manual registers and spreadsheets most food and beverage operators struggle with.
Every goods receipt captures a batch number and shelf-life / expiry against the vendor bill. When stock is issued (Outward), the system deducts it batch-wise on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis, posting the movement and its value straight to the stock ledger. That keeps costing accurate and ensures the oldest perishable stock is consumed first to reduce wastage.
Yes. Gallops is a multi-branch, role-based web application with two tiers, Super Admin / Head Office and Branch users, over a single unified URL set. Every query is scoped and isolated by branch and role, so Head Office gets consolidated, real-time visibility while each outlet only sees and edits its own stock data.
The system runs an automated day-end snapshot using the formula opening + inward − outward − return − damage = closing, per branch. Closing stock rolls forward as the next day’s opening, so balances always reconcile. Opening stock can be entered manually or onboarded in bulk via an Excel template, with re-sync tooling for corrections.
There are 13 report types, stock ledger, opening / closing, day-wise, inward, outward, returns, damage, item master and expiry among them, each with branch and date filters and one-click Excel export. Invoices and GRNs are printable, giving both Head Office and branches the operational and audit records they need.
Shelf-life and expiry are captured at goods receipt and carried with each batch. Combined with FIFO issue and dedicated damage and return modules, the system surfaces ageing stock and ensures the oldest items move first, proactively cutting avoidable wastage that manual registers tend to hide.
Gallops Food Plaza was delivered over roughly 6 months from design through build to delivery, covering master data, procurement, inward / outward, day-end reconciliation and a full reporting suite. Timelines vary with scope, a focused stock module ships faster, while a multi-branch platform with procurement and analytics takes longer.
