This deck looks interesting.

There are two more things you'll need. One's a Folio Magi, where you store your card collection.

It just happens to look like a used candy wrapper, okay?

The other thing you'll need is a Folio Triplicus. You store your card combinations in it. I'll even throw in a couple of combinations for free!

Also what is it with most of the portraits in this game having blue eyes? What is this, Kingdom Hearts?

Anyway. Now that we're not being harassed by Mullet Mcgee anymore, we can take a look at the main menu--

It's pretty straightforward and there's not much to it right now, so I can't really show off much.

Except the hilarious equipment screen.

Now then, back to what this game is really about--

Sometimes you can find potions, candy and money too. Although I forgot to screencap Harry finding five Sickles in one of the cauldrons in front of the cauldron shop.

Which I actually don't mind, but I'll always do off-screen and will only show new enemies or boss fights. You lot already saw our valiant battle against rats helplessly trying to defend themselves against a renegade wizard with no social skills.

So we'll just skip level-grinding and get to Gringotts already.

I hope Hagrid hasn't been waiting too long.

This is me trying something new.

This is a Gameboy Color game that was released in 2001 by EA Games, as you can see. This is also a game that I grew up with and still love, though it has its...flaws. And makes me do silly things like feel angry at something that was made for children.

Anyway, let's start.

Guys.

I downloaded a GBC emulator. And I put the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone game on there, right.

But then I found out that Chamber of Secrets was made into a game on there too? So I downloaded that rom. To see how it improved since all I could see from the screenshots is "annoying minigames I would hate with a burning passion."

And well...

Ummmm...not much has changed that I haven't been talking about on my plurk. Stress and everything, the medication has been working out all right though. I'm down to 113 lb now.

Also I made a troll!Maka account for the curse in vatheon and I'm stupidly proud of it. She's just so cute.

Also also I'm writing up a ramble on my thoughts on shipping. This sounds pretentious as hell and no one cares, so I've only showed it to Leafy and Tora thus far. I'm not sure if I'll ever finish it.

Goddamn have I had a week.

So yeah. On Monday my house was broken into while we were out aaaand lots of sentimental items were stolen in addition to my computer. The only thing they didn't manage to take was the TV because it was too freaking big.

Yeah. It sucked balls not having a computer and all but I was more afraid than anything. Like. Okay. The people that broke in WOULDN'T have done anything if they saw me there, they either would have run off or made me sit down somewhere with threats while they cleaned out the house. And burglars don't strike the same house twice.

But idk. I'm just afraid. Constantly looking over my shoulder now.

It's purely for reasons of aesthetics all over again, but this time it stemmed from seeing her in the anime.

Day 15: favorite ghost type

GHOST CHANDELIER POKEMON. WHY NOT.

Day 16: favorite dark type

This is hard because dark type is actually another one of my favorite types of pokemon. ~~Whooo~ look at me being all goth and shit~~~~~ But.

But there is a problem. I don't like bug type pokemon. The tendency towards making moth or spider pokemon is also not good. So I'mma just pick one that doesn't...scare me or something.

Shiiit, I missed four days.

Thanksgiving man. Thanksgiving. I talked about what I'm thankful for on plurk so, I'm not going to repeat it because it's just TOO SAD.

Also I had just a slice of turkey, three olives and a biscuit. My usual thanksgiving dinner. Mmyep.

Day 9--favorite ground type:

It's weird. Sometimes Wooper really creeps me out and sometimes it's the most adorable thing because I love axolotls.

...Might be some sort of primal phobic reaction from accidentally seeing a picture of genital warts.

Anyroad.

Day 10--favorite psychic type:

LOOK AT HER. JUST. LOOK AT HER. She's the happiest and cutest damned psychic type on the planet. Also I used her Crystal sprite because the other animations were too distracting and I felt this one was most fitting. :B ~~And dear god, the D/P/P sprite for her is terrible.~~

Day 11--favorite rock type:

Idk. I was always oddly fascinated by Larvitar's design. And his tail kind of reminds me of an artichoke.

And may as well get today out of the way, too. :U

Day 12--favorite ice type:

Ever since R/B/Y when I looked through the binoculars and saw this sparkly bird, I was fascinated by Articuno. It might also help that blue's my favorite color. :|a Also he wasn't as big a pain to catch as Ho-Oh was in Soul Silver.

Yep. I sure picked a lot of dual-types today.

Day Eight: Favorite Electric Type

MAREEP! Mareep and her evolutions are one of my favorite sets in Johto and...maybe in Pokemon as a whole. It could be due to the "SHEEEEP! SHEEEEEEP! X3" factor or. Idk, I've always liked their color scheme and the little ball at the end of their tails.

Also Flaaffy's animation in Crystal is the most precious thing.

I bet you also saw this coming. Smugleaf is one of my favorite designs for the new generation and I will continue to call him Smugleaf even after he gets an English name. I await the billions of people that nickname their Tsutarjas "Smugleaf."

And his final evolution is awesome too.

I was terrified for a second that my grandma came over when I heard the doorbell ring and an ensuing commotion.

Day 4: Favorite Water Type

This was actually difficult because water type is my favorite type of pokemon. I pretty much always pick a water starter. I can't even explain why, maybe it's because most of them end up blue.

But anyway, Wotter (as Leafy calls him) is my current favorite not entirely because the initial reaction to him was "wtf is that, get it away, what a fail design" but because I looked at him and said "...yeah. This pokemon is going to evolve into something badass." And I was right. :B ~~Although for the coolness factor, Smugleaf is still the coolest.~~

Day 2 and 3

Day 2 and 3: Favorite Fire and Fighting Type

Since I was a wee little 11~12 year old, Cyndaquil has always been my favorite starter of all time. ~~OF ALL TIME.~~ He consistently breaks my trend of only picking water starters and he is a pocket-sized badass that has kickass evolutions.

As for Riolu. Well. I don't really like that many fighter types or use them. WHOOPS. But look at him, his sprite is so sassy, isn't it?
