• ChaoJpLayoutFixer  MS IME keyboard layout switching utility for windows - normally if   you use microsoft japanese ime it will force you to use the US   keyboard layout, so this adds a registry key circumventing that
• CitraTracker  very work in progress port of NitroTracker native to the 3DS. currently   only the UI toolkit has been ported over
