Suggestion on Adding a Batch Marking Feature and Optimizing the Default Page

Dear Platform Team, I’d like to share two pain points I’ve encountered while using the platform, and I hope they can be addressed in future updates. 1. Default page view When I tap into a show I’m currently watching, the page defaults to the detail view of a single episode (the latest one I watched). However, I usually watch multiple episodes at once and then mark them all together later. Every time, I have to manually switch to the full season list, which adds extra steps and feels cumbersome. I would suggest either remembering the user’s last viewed position (e.g., staying on the season list) or simply showing the complete episode list by default. 2. Batch marking functionality Currently, the “watched” status can only be toggled episode by episode, which is quite inconvenient. In real‑life scenarios, I often watch up to a certain episode (say, episode 8) and then want to mark all episodes from 1 to 8 as watched in one go. It would be extremely helpful to have a slider or a button that lets me “mark all episodes up to episode X” with a single action. This would not only satisfy users who like to keep their data perfectly synced, but also save a lot of time and significantly improve the tracking experience.

Update

Moviebase update 6.8 When I log out of my profile (sign out) of Moviebase and then try to login back in via Google to my Moviebase profile I enter my email address for Google but the page just spins around waiting to connect. I then go to Trakt login on the same Moviebase page and then I can login in via Trakt. Trakt then asks to use my Moviebase data, which is fine to connect. When using Moviebase now I can't post any comments on the shows I watch, I get the red block cannot reach server. I then post comments via Trakt. Synchronization is no longer available, so I use refresh to sync. When using my back up, there is information missing, such as not in watch list, not in collection etc. Then I have to go through my collection /watch list and re-add watched or collected. I think the backup/Json file is not collecting all data? I'm sitting with 5002 shows/movies in Moviebase and it's difficult to recheck if they are in my watch list or collection! Chris please help me. Can you see what is my correct profile or login for Moviebase? I assume it's my email address, but as stated previously, I cannot login with the new Google option. Just getting rather frustrated 🫤 regards David
