I like how the author introduces us to all the characters of Trucktown, with illustrations, at the very end of the book. I have a goal to read all the books in this set so I can get to know all these characters better.

A wonderful, can't-put-it-down post-apocalyptic book with organic characters. This was delicious to read and I will happily read it again.... and possibly even again.

I was curious how the graphic novel version would hold up to the original, and I was definitely impressed. The art was captivating, the imagery spot-on, and overall everything came together really well to capture the novel's spirit. Very well done.
