Photos from birthday ceilidh

Ah, the ceilidh was so fun! There was much dancing and merriment. The venue was superb - St Mary's Guildhall in Coventry - an old medieval hall in the city centre. Sadly the medieval architects of course did not consider the needs of modern photographers so there was not much light available and the ceiling was too high to bounce flash off so the camera struggles to get enough light, but it is a beautiful place.

Yay, my parents, my lovely sister Heather and her boyfriend came. It is quite rare for them to meet my friends. I think they enjoyed the evening. I danced with Heather for a few dances, including a slow romantic one hehe.
