If you've gone to the trouble of locating this, it very likely means that I've died---in the war, of some illness, or perhaps an unrelated cause. If for some reason you've located this and I'm currently alive, just shut it off. You don't need to see this yet, and hopefully you won't have to for a long while.

Assuming I am dead, however, I have a few last things to discuss with you all. First: I'm sorry, and I'm going to miss the vast majority of you. Lord Zedd is excluded, of course, and should any of his minions have popped from the pods in the meantime, they are as well. You are all welcome to give them a hearty kick for me. Attaching googly eyes to their rear ends is...while juvenile, also amusing. Take a picture in my honor, Lash.

I enjoyed working with you as much as I can enjoy myself during a war, and I think that's saying something. The friendships we had carried me through some really rough times, and I learned so much more than I ever could have on Earth. It's even fair to say that I learned about the many types of love here, and that made my life all the more fulfilling. I'll never regret that.

---all right, I imagine you want me to get to the important parts by now. Namely, my last messages and which items of mine you'll be claiming. This will take a while, and I apologize for that...it's just that since this will be the last time I speak with you all, I don't want to leave things unsaid.

First, to my co-chief in the Engineering department, Angie Spica. You've always assured me that you can handle the department yourself, and I fully believe that you will. It's okay to appoint a new co-chief, just make sure you let them work. And I also leave you my omnicom---it has administrative functions over the network and some notes I think you'll find very interesting. Use it well.

Next, to Daja Kisubo: Speaking with you always kept me grounded, and I always felt calm and secure with you. I want you to have my training staff---it's not quite like yours, but it's a good one.

For Hoshi Hikari, you always put a smile on my face. That means more to me than I ever got to say. As the person who taught me so much about a very enjoyable game, I leave you the custom Beyblades I eventually managed to build. I'm sure you'll put them to much better use than I ever did.

I don't think I got around to telling you this, Goliath, but your faith in literature has saved lives more than once. It's meant a lot to be able to call you a friend. To you, I leave my history books.

Kang...I honestly never expected we'd be friends, but it's been an honor to know and fight with you. You taught me to stop being such a stick-in-the-mud, so I leave you one of the sillier inventions you inspired: a miniature trebuchet, perfectly sized to fling balls and small amounts of food across a room. I suggest seeing if you can shoot food directly into someone's open mouth.

And Kaylee Frye, if any person can carry sunshine wherever they go, it's you. After you hug everyone, as I know you will, I want you to go to my house and take the fuzzy blue blanket over the couch downstairs. I think it suits you perfectly.

Stephen Valkonan...as one of the best inventors of weird items that I know, and a good friend to boot, I want you to claim the cake-o-matic version 3 that I've been attempting to complete. If anyone can finish it, it's you.

My other weird invention goes to Cassie Lang...you'll never know how happy I was to see you alive that day. You've weathered so much and given us your best work all throughout, and you've definitely inspired your fair share of fun. Our cement gun is yours---you know the one. Just make sure it doesn't get used on Jamie again.

For the Doctor, as a man clever enough to make seemingly impossible machines work? I leave you a pile of wrist communicators. They once had a teleportation function---it'll be difficult to work in the Bleed, but I'm confident that you'll find a way.

And that brings me to a remarkable group of people, the Power Rangers. You're a stronger and better team than I ever dreamed of. I've always known that you'd be good, but...you're incredible, all of you. I know you'll win this war.

To our leader, Peter Parker, I leave my watch. It's the metallic one with a number of other hidden functions. I know it's difficult to tell time here, but there's so much more to see.

Dustin Brooks gets the Power Bike I uncovered in the back of the Command Center. I know it's not your color, but I think you're capable of using it far better than I can. For a ninja, you're definitely a great motorcyclist. Keep training everyone, you're doing a great job.

Tenaya, as your training and assistance has been invaluable, I leave my sai. I know you'll use them effectively.

Now, for the group of Rangers that came together to continue to fend off threats. You took to the Power far faster than I ever did, I have to say that. And you've all been great friends to me and each other.

For Jamie McCrimmon, my brother in arms and best friend: we've carried each other through so much. I'd really miss you if I could. It's been a pleasure. I leave you the badge you left that signaled our friendship, as well as a gift of my own: it's a terrifying beastie, the unicorn.

For the Yellow Ranger of rocky relationships, Lash...know that you're a good friend and I love you. Even if it didn't always show. You'll find my flying car, the Radbug, parked near the Command Center. It's yours to modify as you please. Just don't forget me while you're doing it.

Ron Stoppable, our Green Ranger and chef, I'm going to need you to help the others to laugh. That's always been your specialty. I leave you my latest high-tech cooking inventions, but please don't hesitate to call for help if the chopper gains a mind of its own. I assure you, though, that it shouldn't.

Our Pink Ranger, Kate Bishop...you're just as clever and kind as I hoped you would be. I've left you my jukebox and music collection, in the hopes of inspiring you to keep making beautiful music. Maybe you could see about collaborating with Jamie on the bagpipes. ...or not, now that I think about it. That sound might be too terrifying for crew consumption.

Finally, the Blue Ranger: Andy Davis. I admit I was worried about selecting someone to share colors and my Zord with, but you're the best Ranger I could have hoped for. Your level head has helped us out of so many tight spots. I leave my collection of maps and notes, scarce as it is, to you.

A mention now has to go to one of my newest friends, Nokosi: as strange and awkward as our first meetings were, I never expected us to become friendly with each other. I don't think Fontaine ever did trust me, but you...I still insist that you're a poet, and you have wisdom that no one else has matched. I leave you my books of poetry, as well as a device I've invented that will read them aloud to you until you can read them for yourself.

That brings me to the trio that taught me about love...Kaya, Renne, and Ronnae 'Mash Belore Ryllos. I love all of you with all of my heart, each in your own ways. I never expected to have Bondeds or a mate, and it overwhelmed me right to the end to know that I was loved so much.

Kaya, I have to thank you for whipping me into shape. I lacked strength and confidence before I met you, and I couldn't quite believe that someone as powerful as you wanted me to be your friend. I leave you my belt---the one woven with all our colors, as well as anything that came from Renne. I trust you to keep it safe and share it should you see him again.

And Renne, if you ever awaken again, know that you've taught me more about love than anyone else. Our love with each other and Kaya ran deep, as deep as romantic love but...closer, in a way. That means everything and it always will, that it can triumph over the pain that plagued all our backgrounds. I expect Kaya to share our special gifts with you, and I also leave you the memory crystal you once left me---it's now filled with something that I hope you'll treasure.

Finally, for my lover and soulmate, should such a thing exist: Ronnae 'Mash Belore Ryllos. I can't say here how much I love you, I'd be going on until well after the holographic recorder ran out of room. I never ever wanted to leave you---any of you, but along with Kaya and Renne I'm going to miss you the most. You're the one and only person who showed me that kind of love in life.

I leave you my personal journal, my drawings (you know which ones, keep them under wraps!) and most important...my heart. That will always be yours, my love.

I think that covers everything. I'm sorry if I've forgotten you, I'm going to keep adding until I hopefully remember everyone---or until I die, whichever comes first. But now that I have died, presumably, this bears repeating. I love you, and I love being a member of this crew. It's been a blast, even when some of you agitate me. I wouldn't trade this time for anything.

I have three last favors to ask, though: first, there's a separate message for my friends from Angel Grove attached to this one. Should any of them ever awaken, I ask that you show it to them as soon as possible. Second, live your lives to the fullest extent possible. Don't ever forget to have a good time. And finally...don't forget to antagonize Lord Zedd whenever you have the opportunity. I know it's small and petty to want revenge, but being stuck with only him from my world has been more frustrating than most of you can probably imagine. My ghost, if it existed, could do with some laughs.

Scar Meme!

I know I didn't make it pretty, but here it is:

These are all of Billy's scars, counting time on Stacy and from his homeworld. The one on his stomach stems from childhood, with an experiment in developing more efficient scissors. Its existence is headcanon, and I've taken it as the reason Billy never goes shirtless even after gaining confidence and working out with the other men on the team. Unfortunately, the behind-camera reason was probably far more insidious than that, but I don't want to speculate again.

The rough one on his shoulder is from a fight with a space pirate during the Nightmare King battle in March 2010, caused by heavy falling debris. The ones on his arm and leg are from a fight with the Ohm in June 2010, caused by their poisoned skin-slices. Most of his injuries don't end up this badly, but those were the few that stood out.

Letters to the Not-Forgotten

[Sealed in a small envelope, tucked deep in Billy's belongings, rests a letter. It was hastily scribbled shortly after Billy made his decision to found the new Ranger team, as a method to close the door on his past and look forward to the future.

Inscribed on this envelope in color-coordinated ink are the names of the addressees: Jason Lee Scott, Trini Kwan, Zack Taylor, Kimberly Hart, Tommy Oliver, Rocky DeSantos, Aisha Campbell, and Adam Park. If it were to ever be opened, it would read:]

To my fellow Rangers, teammates, and best friends,

If you ever awaken and find this letter, you're probably confused and worried about your situation. Just as I was---as we all were. You were alone, cold, and in a disturbingly unfamiliar situation. Then they told you that our world was gone. We wouldn't see Angel Grove or our friends there again. Not even Bulk and Skull---if you ever see them, though, you can share this letter with them.

You're probably wondering if I've lost my mind. Why would I recommend letting them know about our identities against Zordon's rule? The truth is...it's not a secret anymore. As you may have been told, some events in certain universes are so compelling that their power leaks into other universes and becomes a fictional legend through the hands of an author. That happened to us. To several others on the ship, the Power Rangers are childrens' television heroes. They've watched parts of our lives. It's flattering yet unsettling. I wonder how much they know about us.

Anyway, I should fill you in with a rough sequence of events of the past year or so:

I awakened alone, wondering what on earth had happened to me. I was told that we were trapped on this ship until further notice, and invited to join the Engineering department. I soon joined them and began developing weapons and defensive tools. Just where I belong, right?

Over time, we were attacked more and more often. We learned of our enemies: the Ohm, the destroyers of all our worlds. We were all refugees and the last hope the universes had left. All we could do was fight, learn from our mistakes, prepare, and fight again.

I made some wonderful friends along the way, some of them heroes like us from other eras and universes. I even developed a Power Ranger team of my own from Zordon's leftover technology when it became apparent that none of you were awakening any time soon. We're going to use your Zords and occasionally damage them, but they should be in great condition for your use. We'll always be careful to repair what we break.

But none of those Rangers are you. Every time another batch of crew members arrived, I scanned the crowd for your faces. Just one familiar smile would have confirmed for me that not all from our world had been lost. I kept waiting and waiting, but you never came. I slowly gave up.

And this is where I am today---saying farewell to you. Our mission here is becoming progressively more dangerous. I've never stopped fighting to become stronger, but several friends who were stronger than me have already died. So I'm beginning to fear that I will die during the mission, and if you awaken then you'll be left with no trace of me.

I don't know if you're still alive. I lose more and more hope of it by the day. If death comes, I may either be leaving you behind or joining you in death. But I hope it's the former, I truly do. With all of you there, we may stand an even better chance of surviving and winning the war.

Jason, Trini, Kimberly, Zack, Tommy, Rocky, Aisha, and Adam: you have all contributed more than you know to my life. I wouldn't still be hanging on and helping whoever I can without your memory as a guide. You helped me begin to go strong, and I've never forgotten that for a moment. Not ever.

If the Ranger team I established is still there when you read this, please help them. They're a wonderful group and they would be pleased to work with you. Together, you might finally make a difference in this war.

Character Info Meme!

Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Height: 5'7". Gymnast's build---fairly muscular but not bulky. On the short side compared to the other adult guys. Among the male Rangers, only Zack is shorter.

2. How old is he?
17 Earth years.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
As a bullied geek, he tended to slouch with his hands tucked in his pockets. As he's gained confidence, his posture has definitely improved.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Very fit with all the running around he does, though he does have a sweet tooth and fondness for junk food. Only disability is poor vision, corrected with glasses.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
This changed over time. At first he was quite clumsy, always tripping over himself and falling during fights. As he's grown, he's gained an athlete's gait, but that initial awkwardness is still there if you look for it.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Considered very attractive by the women in town, but when he looks in the mirror he sees the scrawny geek he was.

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Light, doesn't tan well. Originally of clear skin, now with some short scars scattered below his shirt.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Dirty blond, with a tendency to fade more to a brownish color without continued exposure to sunlight. It is light, airy, and styled fairly basically.

9. What color are his eyes?
Blue-green, tending more toward green in darker light.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Not particularly, unless you have a cleft chin fetish.

11. What are his chief tension centers?
On his brow, between his shoulderblades, and in the lower back, but so much gets distorted hovering around in the lab all day. Boy needs chiropractor attention.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
Primarily plantsuit for practical reasons, but he does tend toward the neat side of casual when dressing in Earth clothes. Nearly all of his own clothing is blue.

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
As a shy nerd he preferred baggy clothes, but this tendency gave way to well-fitting items. He's certainly comfortable now---well, as well as one can be in a plantsuit. Those things throb.

14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
On the job: plantsuit.
Off the job: plantsuit, with occasional indulging in normal clothing.

15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Boxers all the way. They're actually visible in the punk episode.

Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Fairly high-pitched and soft for a guy. Audible here.

2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate? Usually soft and even. Around friends everything comes out as he plans it to, but in a high-stress situation he might speed up or have uneven volume spurts.,

3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
His accent is...midwestern American, I believe. As for verbal tics? When speaking on scientific matters or around people of authority, he has a huge tendency to lapse into a most complex vernacular. In those situations, bystanders may need a linguist to translate his musings into comprehensible English.

4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
English, very fluently. Has some education in Latin to better understand scientific classification, but cannot speak it.

5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
He switches to 'Billy-speak/egghead English' based on whether he's talking about science or whether he's talking to people he subconsciously wants to impress. At most other times, he speaks normal English with a slight preference for bigger words.

6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
He's very confident when speaking about scientific concepts, but he may hesitate when speaking about emotions.

7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change? Very articulate, though this can break down slightly under high stress---example, the team's losing a major battle and if he doesn't change things soon they're all gonna die.

Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
Very book-smart. Said to have an IQ in the high 100s. He easily grasps technical concepts and most of the sciences. On street-smarts he's somewhat less gifted, but he learns what he can from books and talking to his friends.

2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
Thinks very well as an inventor. When asked to be a leader or provide emotional imput, though, he needs some time to sort through his head.

3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Very logical when inventing and solving problems. Uses the scientific method to find solutions to most everything. These thoughts have an idealistic bent, as he hasn't quite been broken by the world yet, but all solutions he proposes have to have some practicality to them. There should be a strong chance of them working, unless a long shot is the only shot they can get.

4. What kind of education has the character had?
Completed up to sophomore year of high school, but with all the advanced reading and training he does he would likely do well in college. Aboard the ship, he tries to learn everything he can, including the technological developments that came after his time period (Earth, 1994).

5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
SCIENCE. But more specifically, engineering, physics, and chemistry. Biology's always been a bit of a blind spot for him in the sciences. He's especially interested in learning about communications and weapons from other worlds and eras.

6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Slowly becoming more extroverted, but he's been a shy kid ever since the playground days of being bullied. He understands loneliness very well, so he's usually one of the first to extend a hand of friendship if his intuition tells him to.

7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Extremely driven, always with a goal in mind to be completed as soon as possible. No exceptions. Those high standards are only for himself, though, and he treats everyone else with a mellow sort of acceptance. He tries to keep a lid on his emotions, but everything goes out the window if a friend is in danger.

8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
Timid, but eager to find out about what's going on and show new people that they aren't alone.

9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
Act. A dash of prevention is an avalanche of cure, or---what the hell, how does that metaphor go?

10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Flight, but being a Ranger has strengthened his ability to fight in more ways than the physical.

11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
As a wordsmith, he's very fond of puns. Situational irony is great too.

Negative.

-Meeting Jason, Trini, Kimberly, and Zack set him on his current path. They were his first real friends, and from that came so much more.
-Receiving the Power showed him that there was something more he could do for the world, that he had a purpose. It gave him the confidence to get stronger.

14. What does he fear?
Failing to solve a critical problem for everyone, and worse, hurting them. Facing the Nightmare King didn't banish that fear, but he treats it more rationally now.

15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
In Angel Grove? He wanted to free the world from evil and maybe someday become a famous inventor. Or an astronaut. ~~Maybe marry a fish or two.~~
Aboard Stacy? Defeat the Ohm and have everyone survive. With any luck, restore their former worlds. Find a way to keep in contact with all his new friends.

16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
In Angel Grove? That he's a Power Ranger.
On Stacy? Well, that secrecy vow got blown to hell, so...that he was afraid of fish.

Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
Fairly distant. His father's really too busy to care, which is sadly good for Billy because it makes it easier to hide the Ranger secret. His mother is divorced and lives elsewhere, they sometimes talk on the phone.

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
No siblings.

3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
No other blood relatives to speak of.

4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
The other Power Rangers. They're there for him more than his blood family is, and he would do just about anything to help any one of them.
On Stacy? Renne is his brother in everything but blood, and their love is strong. Jamie is his brother as well, but those two aren't metaphysically bonded. Kaylee, Wyn, and Katara are sisters, and Goliath is like an uncle. He looks out for all of them as they do for him.

5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Jason. They met when Jason noticed that Billy was lonely on the playground one day, and since then the two have been very close. Jason's departure really hurt Billy, as much as Trini's did.

6. Does he have other close friends?
In Angel Grove, not really. The secrecy oath kept them fairly isolated.
On Stacy? His friends are Kang, Allen, most of the Engineering department, Stephen, and the Doctors.

7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people? He makes acquaintanceships fairly easily. If the other person is willing, they become friends. He's looking for a strong network in the absence of his old one.

8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
Friends, who are like his new family. He hasn't seen his biological family in a year and won't see them again until the Ohm are defeated, so...

9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
Single. Flirted a few times, but never entered a serious romantic relationship.

10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse? No. He just has crushes.

11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest?
His first was Marge, a cute young genius who really liked the Blue Ranger. At the moment, he likes Mei Ling---when he can remember her. She's really sweet and helpful, and there are so many books for them to talk about.

Compassion, flexibility, intelligence. In that order.

No. He's not anywhere close to thinking about children yet.

14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
Enemies: Rita, Zedd, the Ohm. He's distrustful of several other people on the ship.

15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
1. Very heterosexual, but his close male friends have been very fleetingly confusing. Most of his teammates are higher up.

16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
Hasn't had it. He's passively curious but very firm about waiting for the right person.

17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
Turn-on: long hair, hands, anything with chocolate sauce, some tying up, tickling.
Turn-off: non-sexual body fluids, any sort of injuring.

Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
Aries. VERY stubborn when he believes strongly in something, but otherwise doesn't really fit the stereotype. I think he was mostly given an April 1st birthday for the 'lol, April Fools' factor.

2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
Was a strong atheist until he became a Ranger. Is now aware of a force called the Power and some mystical components to it, and his bond with Renne has strengthened his connection to the spiritual. He believes he shares a spirit with others, but not in a divine being per se. No, Zordon doesn't qualify.

3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
He adopted the Rangers' code and the code of martial arts: always seek an alternative to fighting first, don't escalate things unless forced to, try to keep it fair unless you are very obviously going to be killed. He hesitates to kill other sentient beings, but might snap if his friends and their mission were on the line.

4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
Very curious, but will turn to intolerance and an attempt to persuade if those beliefs ever threaten to harm someone close to him. You want to use his best friend as a virgin sacrifice? No.

5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
He's against people who he perceives as wanting to harm others. Simple as that.

Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
In Angel Grove, he was a student in a fairly affluent suburb. It was hard to hold down a job and be a Ranger. On Stacy, he has a fairly well-paying position but money doesn't matter much to them anymore.

2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
He started as a bullied geek with very few friends. Over time, he has gained friends and they in turn have given him confidence. He now hides his geekiness and has 'normal' interests to fit in more. He's happier for it, but sometimes wishes he didn't have to hide so much. On Stacy, though, his geeky interests are his job and he works with like-minded people. That helps a lot.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
He lived in a fairly large California suburb house. His favorite place in it was the garage lab. He shared it with his dad, but Dad was almost never around. On Stacy he just has a simple room shared with Renne.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
New parts and equipment for the lab, and sometimes gifts for his close friends.

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
Inventing. He's very good at it and finds it enjoyable. Boy's got it made.

6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
SCIENCE. He spends his spare time in physical training only because he has to as a Ranger and combatant, but if he had the choice he would use that time to work more. He loves work.

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
Fairly average American diet with dessert every day on Earth. On Stacy, the same slop everyone else eats with occasional special treats from Renne. He sometimes skips meals if he's working on something important, he doesn't tolerate alcohol, but he doesn't avoid any other foods.

That's right! Your team mentor, the fantabulous Spider-Man, will be coming to you this October courtesy of Ash Blaze, and he will be of the opinion that Billy is just not a suitable one man army. Rangers are meant to work in teams---they're not Kamen Riders and they shouldn't be. We already have three of them, and if we get another Decade someone just might get shot :P

We're also not sticking poor Peter's head in a tube, don't you worry.

~~Sooo, when this mentor podpops he will somehow locate five morphers~~ Billy will be finding half-drafted plans for morphers deep in the Command Center and finishing them, based on the wrist-brace Aura Changers from Gosei Sentai Dairanger. The proper usage of these wonderful trinkets is demonstrated in this video:

Thus, the five chosen crew members will transform into the ______ Rangers! We could just call them the Power Rangers, but if the players of the chosen characters wish to call them something else, like "Star Rangers" or "Celestial Rangers" or "Mythic Rangers" or whatever they choose, it's up to them. They'll also get to pick their own morphing phrase or keep "It's morphin' time!" at their discretion.

So, as I mentioned before, there were five Dairangers. (Well, six, but I'm only offering five slots because Kiba Ranger, the White one, was adapted into Tommy's White Ranger costume in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and I only want to use the uniforms that don't already belong to canon Power Rangers).

First, these are the traits common to all five of the new Rangers: they are no different when in their normal state, but when the morpher is activated they transform into the Power Rangers, covered head to toe in a ~~spandex~~ highly advanced space age microfiber suit and a helmet. When transformed, they might immediately feel compelled to strike a few poses and give a short speech as the Dairangers did in that video. A more comprehensive definition of a Power Ranger is offered here for those unfamiliar with the series.

Once they morph, it's fighting time. When morphed, the Rangers are competent fighters regardless of their unmorphed skill level. Just ask Billy! So any character can be useful even if they have no previous combat experience. Each one carries personal sidearms, as listed and pictured on this page:

-A longsword
-A dagger
-A laser gun (formed by folding and combining longsword and dagger)
-A long rod (with different blade attachments for each Ranger, as listed below)
-A transformed form of that rod (different for each Ranger, listed below)
-Two wheel blades (the rod's blade attachments can be attached to them)

Now's the fun part! A list of each Ranger and their distinguishing features.

Red Ranger:
Rod Extension: Halberd
Rod Transformation: two Dragon Longswords
Zord: Red Dragon Thunderzord (pictured in warrior mode on the wiki, usually looks like this). In Warrior Mode it can fight hand to hand or with its staff, and in Dragon Mode it can use its claws and breathe fire.

Yellow Ranger:
Rod Extension: Spear (basic pointed cone tip)
Rod Transformation: Nine Section Staff (chain weapon, good for choking)
Zord: Griffin Thunderzord (shoots fireballs from its mouth)

Blue Ranger:
Rod Extension: Axe
Rod Transformation: Nunchaku
Zord: Unicorn Thunderzord (tosses boulders telepathically) OR White Tigerzord (has tiger and warrior modes, like the Red Dragon---tiger mode runs fastest and shoots sonic blasts, Warrior Mode fights with a sword and shoots energy fireballs).

(The Blue Dairanger is supposed to pilot the Unicorn Thunderzord, but Billy's already claimed it. Whoever gets the Blue Ranger role can choose which one they want their character to have.)

Pink Ranger:
Rod Extension: Round multi-blade spear
Rod Transformation: Spear
Zord: Firebird Thunderzord (creates and shoots energry tornadoes)

Green Ranger:
Rod Extension: Dork (antler-tip)
Rod Transformation: Staff
Zord: Lion Thunderzord (creates fogs to conceal itself and brief mirages)

Notes on the Thunderzords:
The mythical beasts piloted by the Dairangers became the Power Rangers' zords in Season 2 of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, but the uniforms from the first season were kept---except Tommy's Green Ranger. He gained the Kiba Ranger (White Dairanger)'s power. That's why the five costumes above were never used in Power Rangers, but their associated mecha were.

They can be used individually or combined in many, many ways.

How to Apply/Application Process:
Simply comment in the plotting post you came from saying that you would like your character to become a Ranger! We're just gauging interest for now, and there will be other calls. Although in Dairanger only the Pink Ranger was female and all the rest were male, the morphers will work for most any crew members regardless of sex. So yes, if you have a male character you would like to see as Pink Ranger, please let us know!

If we get more than five interested characters, we'll try to solve it through discussion with all the interested people. If we need to have applications, we'll do that. If we have WAY more than five interested people, we'll see what we can do about getting those characters into similar squadrons or delving into the pre-Zyuranger Sentai shows for other Ranger teams.

Just know in advance that we'll give priority to characters who do not already have superhuman combat abilities. The idea behind Power Rangers was that Zordon chose five ordinary "overbearing and emotional humans", usually teenagers, but we can bend the upper and lower age limits. On the show, Rangers have been anywhere from 12 to 35 years old.

Non-humanoid-shaped crew members are also welcome to apply if they think their characters can use the Power. We'll just have to be more careful in working out the details.

How they'll be chosen ICly will be determined by which mentor Ash apps, but I want to get them chosen OOCly first. Keep in mind that if we don't choose your character the first time, we'll have you on a waiting list in case one of the chosen five drops.

And I'm going to say right here that I'm going to take care not to just choose Billy's friends, unless by chance they're the only ones interested. Ash is choosing characters too, and we want to get a diverse team. It's more fun if the five (six if Billy is counted) don't already know each other and have to become friends. You don't choose the Power---it chooses you.

And if someone ever comes along and apps a canon Power Ranger?
If it's a ranger from Zeo to RPM (or the Shinkenger adaptation if Trans_9 lasts that long), there should be no conflict whatsoever. They're free to associate or disassociate with this team at their leisure, as it should be. But if someone apps a ranger from Mighty Morphin, their Zords will already be in use if they're from season 2. Uh oh!

In the event of this unlikely situation occurring, we'll solve the Zord problem this way: we'll prefer for the canon Ranger to take their Thunderzord back and the other Ranger to take a zord from Season 1 or Season 3, like this:

Red Ranger:
-If Jason apps from Season 2, the new Red Ranger moves to the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord.
-If Rocky apps from Season 2, the new Red Ranger moves to the Ape Ninjazord.

Yellow Ranger:
-If Trini apps from Season 2, the new Yellow Ranger moves to the Saber-Toothed Tiger Dinozord.
-If Aisha apps from Season 2, the new Yellow Ranger moves to the Bear Ninjazord.

Blue Ranger:
-If Tommy apps from Season 2 and the new Blue Ranger initially chose Tigerzord, they move to the Falconzord.
-If Tommy apps from Season 2 and the new Blue Ranger initially chose the Unicorn Thunderzord, Tommy takes back the Tigerzord and Billy moves to either the Triceratops Dinozord or Wolf Ninjazord.

Pink Ranger:
-If Kimberly apps from Season 2, the new Pink Ranger moves to the Pterodactyl Dinozord.
-If Katherine apps, no effect because she wasn't in Season 2 and has no claim over the Firebird Thunderzord.

Green Ranger (shares Zord with MMPR Black Ranger):
-If Zack apps from Season 2, the new Green Ranger moves to the Mastodon Dinozord.
-If Adam apps from Season 2, the new Green Ranger moves to the Frog Ninjazord.

This is so that if both Rangers of a color become crew members (for the sake of this example both Jason and Rocky) the new non-canon Ranger is shuffled off to the Zord that isn't currently in use and the least shakeup occurs. So if we got a Season 2 Jason, he'd claim the Red Dragon Thunderzord, the new Red Ranger would take the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord, and any MMPR Rockys would take the Ape Ninjazord.

Keep in mind that that's just a tentative plan. It's subject to the wills of both the new Rangers and canon Rangers, and they might resolve it in a way that there's no conflict whatsoever. And if someone apps a character from Zyuranger or Dairanger? Well...we'll figure something out. Like I said, I don't expect that the situation will ever come up, but if anyone ever plans on apping a canon Ranger they can rest assured that this group won't interfere with them.

Sooo...interest? Questions? Concerns? I'll give this a week to stew if/when it's approved, and then if all goes according to plan we'll go about choosing the five Rangers.

Dreaming Of A Forgotten You (Open RP post)

((This is...sorta trans_9 canon for me, but it's sorta a little vignette that I don't want to spam the comm with. Anyone from that game's welcome to reply, and I'll put a link to this event on the wiki page so it's noted.))

It was late at night, and something wasn't right.

Something aboard the Great Ship Stacy had decided it was time to draw one of her podlings back into sleep. Snagging and sedating the crew member to be removed was the easy part. Separating them from the other podlings' memories was slightly more difficult.

The probing force slipped into Billy Cranston's mind as he slept, inducing him to forget that one of his best friends had ever been here. It was painful, inducing someone to forget a person they'd cared deeply about before the Ohm attack. Thankfully, with podlings who'd known each other before, their happy memmories and bond from their home world were allowed to remain intact.

Even though the process wasn't as devastating as a total memory wipe, the lights in Billy's soulscape that represented his closest friends are triggered by the dimming of one of the black lights. All eight flare at once, columns extending through the ether that almost resemble a team teleporting to a friend's side---in this case, to his dark dream.

"Please don't break that! It's indicative of an important breakthrough, and if it's lost my family will---no!"

A young boy in baggy overalls and thick glasses, far smaller than the engineer Stacy's crew knew, could only watch helplessly from his human-shaped restraints as his great project was mercilessly destroyed. Its destroyers bore grins of boyish glee, delighted that their victim was oh so responsive.

"Gonna cry, geekoid? Oh boo hoo. So you'll just lock yourself up and build another one, what's the big deal?" The bigger one leered, leaning down to fix young Billy with an intimidating glare.

"Ne---negative," Billy tried, forcing back the tears with all the strength he could muster. He couldn't allow himself to cry. They'd just make things worse.

"Oh, really? Well, if that won't upset you, then how about---" The bigger one wound up for a punch to the little nerd's enormous nose, large body thrumming with anticipation of the boy's squeals. This was promptly halted by the intervention by a flurry of red limbs, forcing the attacker into a corner.

"You mess with Billy and you're messing with me," growled the red-clad boy, easily identified as resident protector Jason Lee Scott. Billy's expression turned into a wavery smile at the sight, growing when another familiar face pulled him free.

"Billy, my main brain! Were these knuckleheads bothering you?" There was Zack, smiling as always, but his eyes glittered with the usual concern.

"You may be giving them too much credit," chimed Trini, with a contemplative Adam hiding his smile behind a hand. They were both serious behind the jokes, Billy could tell.

"If they were knuckleheads, there'd be some weight to them in the first place!" roared Rocky , laughing self-congraulatorily at his own joke.

This left Kimberly and Aisha to roll their eyes and take Billy's arms. "You okay, Billy?" asked Aisha, brushing some imaginary dirt from his shoulder.

"I believe so," Billy finally answered, finding with some surprise that his body had reverted to its adult size. "I'm sorry about the trouble---"

Before the rest of the sentence could come out, Kim had strode forward and pressed her finger against his lips. "Don't even say it, Billy. It's not a problem to help you out."

"Right---it's payback for everything you've done for us," chimed Adam in his quiet way. Billy glanced at him gratefully, then nodded against Kim's finger. Satisfied, the Pink Ranger released him.

Billy stepped back to look at his friends, unable to restrain his happiness at seeing them after all this time. "Guys, what are you doing here?" He knew this scenario wasn't right. It was too perfect. He hadn't seen the Rangers in months and months, instead serving Stacy's crew and making his way in the world alone. Why wasn't he on Stacy, anyway?

Sensing his friend's mind brimming with questions, Tommy strode over and placed a hand on Billy's shoulder. "It's okay, Billy. We just came here to tell you something."

Billy's eyes shot wide open in alarm. "You're not staying?"

"I wish we could," sighed Adam, "but this is all we can do right now." Trini nodded and moved in close.

"What Tommy means to say is that we're always with you in here," the first Yellow Ranger soothed, resting her hand against the center of Billy's chest. He breathed deeply in response, eyes closed to process all of these sensations. When his eyes opened a moment later, they were all standing in his soulscape---on the same platform where their lights resided.

"Right," confirmed Jason and Zack as one, carefully nudging Trini out of the way and placing their own hands on Billy. "You've done us proud," smiled Jason, leaving Zack to nod beside him.

"But you could afford to loosen up a little," said Zack, looking expectantly at Rocky and Aisha to back him up on that point. They did with wicked smiles.

"Haven't you asked a girl to dance?" asked Aisha innocently. Rocky fluttered his hand over his heart and then draped himself over Aisha, as if claiming the other Yellow Ranger as his own dance partner.

"No," groaned Billy. "There were several parties, but..."

"No buts!" yelped Kim, shoving Jason and Zack aside to poke a finger at Billy's chest. "It's sweet that you care about us so much, Billy, but it's okay for you to enjoy life. We'll see you again someday, but don't wait up for us. Promise me that."

"Please," asked Jason. "We want you to be happy."

"Yeah, and you're representing all of us out there! We don't need your crewmates thinking we're all fun-challenged," grinned Rocky. Zack nodded enthusiastically in agreement.

"We know you can do it," cheered Adam, holding Billy's gaze knowingly. Since when had the quiet Black Ranger been so confident? Billy might never know, but...he was glad.

All eyes were on him still, and Billy felt the atmosphere change. It was charged now, with something he couldn't quite put his finger on. He locked eyes with each of them in turn, noting that they'd gathered into a circle with Adam on his left and Jason on his right. Kim smiled and finally backed up to stand across from him, taking her place between Tommy and Aisha.

Here, he knew what he had to do. "I promise," vowed Billy, "that I'll go on. I'll protect you all until we meet again. And I won't forget." Nodding, he extended his hand into the middle of their small circle. Eight hands piled on top of his---Adam, Rocky, Aisha, Kimberly, Tommy, Zack, Trini, Jason. Smiling as one, they crouched. And leapt a moment later, cheering "Power Rangers!"

Billy awoke alone in his room, inexplicable tears clinging to his face and pajama top. He looked through blurry eyes at the empty bed across from him---it had always been empty, right?

Then why was he crying? He hadn't felt this sort of misery since the night after Jason, Trini, and Zack had departed for that peace conference. The memories of a night's dream usually would have faded, but tonight they were crystal clear. After all this time spent alone, he'd seen a glimpse of his closest friends. A manifestation of his subconscious's scattered thoughts, clearly, but...why did it feel so real?

And so he sat up on the bed, waiting for the sobs to peter out. Just breathe and hope no one hears you, Bill, he thought self-critically.

A strange blue belt with five colored stripes sat unnoticed on his bedside table.

Mountains of Madness Planning!

Okay, so I'm not so good at coming up with plots that deal with insanity, but I've spent some time thinking about Billy's greatest fears. We got one flash of insight in 'Island of Illusion'---Billy almost fades from existence when overcome with doubt about his ability to use his intellect to help his friends. He feels a need to be useful, and if he's not helping them, that's a problem.

Well...what if I took it one step further, with what I'd title 'Blue With Evil'? People familiar with MMPR episode titles should know exactly what sort of idea I'm driving at. For the rest of you, a very brief crash course in Power Rangers history:

Five Rangers are chosen to save the planet, stuff blows up, blah blah blah. Stuff gets serious in the 'Green With Evil' story arc, when their enemy, the sorceress Rita Repulsa, creates a powerful evil Green Ranger to take them down once and for all. Evil!Tommy teleports into the Command Center, fucks some shit up by randomly stabbing at control panels because he's not smart enough to effectively disable them, trashes their Zords, and nearly ends the team for good. Only some quick thinking from Zordon and the efforts of the team turn Tommy Oliver to the side of good, paving the way for the Jeebus Ranger to become the most beloved character in the history of Power Rangers.

Basically my idea is this: Evil Tommy causes enough trouble on his own without even being a genius. We briefly see an evil Billy twice in MMPR, and each time brushes on the potential destructive power an evil Billy would hold. The first time, Rita turns him in 'Return of an Old Friend' and has him disable Alpha and steal the Dragon Dagger, forcing the entire team to surrender their Power Coins and ~~Jeebus~~ Tommy to save the day yet again. You only need to see the horror in Billy's eyes and hear the fear in his voice when he recovers to know how much he fears being turned.

The second time, in 'Blue Ranger Gone Bad', the real Billy is kidnapped and an identical evil clone is placed among the Rangers. Evil!Billy steals the entire team's morphers and communicators and leads them into a nasty trap. Only the quick thinking of regular old good Billy saves the team from certain doom. Ok, so that time it wasn't actually Billy being destructive, but it shows how dangerous someone with his brain is.

He's actually expressed this fear on the meatship, to...uh, Brainy and Jamie M, I think. I'm so clever with my foreshadowing, huh? Pfft, no, I'm not that smart. It's just something I've thought would be IC for him to worry about.

Basically I envision Billy's nightmare as losing control of his mind, watching helplessly as his skills are used to hurt his friends, seeing the anger and betrayal in their eyes and not being able to do a thing to fix it.

Canon Relationship(s):
Adam Park
Adam is the second Black Ranger of the team. He and Billy weren't particularly close in the show ~~because their actors couldn't play nicely with each other on set~~, but they were implied to be good friends. And that's coming across on the meatship.

Adam is a naturally reserved person, so the socially awkward Billy understands where he's coming from in a way that Tommy and Rocky can't. He admires Adam's creativity and is trying to get him to slip out of his shell a little. Maybe an impromptu concert will loosen him up... :3

Meatship Friends
Brainiac 5 (Legion of Superheroes)
Billy's relationship with Brainy is...complicated. Brainy was Billy's introduction to his new purpose as one of the ship's engineers, the first outsider he confided in about his secret, and a person to be admired for his intellect. They haven't spoken at length in quite a while, but Billy doesn't mind---he understands that people need their space and that their field is full of misunderstood geniuses.

As of the first update to his list, Billy is avoiding Brainy due to complicated feelings of guilt in the aftermath of B5's death.

Allen Gentry (OC)
One of Billy's other first acquaintances, Allen is his partner and co-chair of the meatship's Engineering department. They don't often speak outside of official business, but he admires the man's drive, casual attitude, and ingenuity. Oh, and Allen watched Power Rangers as a kid and loves that Billy, one of his childhood heroes, is his coworker, but Billy will probably never learn this. That would be...awkward.

Wyn Callahan (OC)
Wyn is one of Billy's favorite people. The two of them instantly built a rapport upon Wyn's arrival, a happy banter based on intelligent snark. The woman is wonderfully creative and fun-loving, and she's managed to convince him to loosen up a little. Since she saved him from a space pirate battle not too long ago, his respect for her has deepened.

Oh, and they teach Chemistry together. Because explosions rule (in Wyn's view, anyway.)

Katara (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
The Waterbender is a newer friend. She first met Billy in preparation for the quest for the Bridge, based on a conversation about the merits of a hero. Since then, they've come to admire each other's abilities and become curious about their worlds. Billy admires Katara's spunk, determination, and her healing skills.

Mei Ling's one of the smartest communications engineers he knows. He loves trying to puzzle out her proverbs, and they share a good joke now and then. Oh, and they kissed adorably when GLaDOS trapped them in her mistletoe forcefields of evil.

Jamie McCrimmon (Doctor Who)
The brave young Scotsman is one of Billy's newer friends. They bonded in the TARDIS-simulation over the trials and tribulations of life, and now he has a new friend to exchange cultural data with. And he plays the bagpipes really well. :|b Jamie's a smart lad, but Billy tries to tone down the more obscure technobabble for his sake.

Goliath (Gargoyles)
Since their first meeting in Stacy's crowded hallways, Billy's become fascinated by the gargoyle clan's culture. Goliath's stony resolve is a source of inspiration, but he also has a philisophical side that Billy would love to delve into.

NOVEMBER 2009 UPDATE: Edited in new, accurate contact information. Everything else about the app is untouched from when I first submitted it in December 2008. Gah, this wasn't my best writing. I could write a much better one now---okay, I'll stop rambling. Here it is!

**Personality**:
In a nutshell, Billy is perceptive and inquisitive. He actively seeks out answers to life's mysteries, from devouring every book on chemistry in existence to memorizing the ways that the parts in every tool he uses fit together.

For instance, when he became a Power Ranger, he sought to understand everything he could about the technology the team used. Among the Power Rangers, only he knew how to operate the complex control panels in the Command Center. He often interpreted Zordon's data readouts on the monsters they faced. Using the readouts, Zordon's hints, and his own deductive skills, he could often find a monster's weakness and tell the other Rangers how to exploit it. Usually, he'd invent the device that turned the battle in the Rangers' favor as well.

The major barrier that stands between Billy and his peers is his need to understand everything at its most technical level. He has no problem with explaining complicated scientific concepts in precise detail, but he's not particularly skilled at 'dumbing things down'. It's usually up to his friend Trini to translate his complex statements into everyday language for the others. He really tries his best to connect to his friends, though. It's just a little awkward the first few hundred times people communicate with him.

But this doesn't mean he considers himself superior to others. Billy is a giving and kind person, always ready to help wherever he can. He's more than willing to patiently explain concepts to the Rangers when they're working on homework together, or even give pointers on the mechanics of a certain maneuver. "To achieve maximum velocity, you'll want to position your foot at a seventy-five degree angle and keep the knees slightly bent"---yeah, he's not cut out to be a soccer coach, but it's the effort that counts.

Something about the idea of a geek saving the world may have seemed strange, but he accepted the responsibility of carrying the Power without complaint. After being belittled by Angel Grove's bullies for so long, he'd finally found a place where his talents were valued and needed. When the Rangers returned from their first mission, he said that the Power was the opportunity he'd been waiting his whole life for.

Billy's friends are more important to him than anything: the five have been together since childhood, and he'd gladly give anything to keep them safe and happy. His relocation to the ship and shifting of purpose, then, is going to cause a problem. But he'll adjust to his new task, for it's a Ranger's duty to keep people safe. No matter how far his adventures take him, he'll never forget what he was originally chosen to accomplish.

**History**:
Billy's interest in science and the greater world began at a young age. When he was little, his father would read to him from the newspaper. At night, he often looked at the stars and wondered what might be out there in the greater universe.

Eager to learn as much as he could, Billy fully immersed himself in his studies. This led to his alienation from the rest of Angel Grove's kids. The mild-mannered geek was a very lucrative target for the local bullies, Bulk and Skull, which tended to dampen his confidence. Though most kids didn't make the effort to understand Billy, there were four people he connected with: Zack, Trini, Jason, and Kimberly. They admired his intelligence and rallied around their new brainy friend, and the five remained close through the years.

One fateful day, the call of destiny changed his life forever. On the moon, astronauts on a lunar mission had unknowingly broken the seal that kept the evil sorceress Rita Repulsa locked in a dumpster. With a groan and a wave of her over-sized wand, she returned to her lunar palace and set out on a quest to conquer Earth. She and her minions sent an army of ever-growing monsters down to Earth, intent on claiming the blue planet for her own.

Rita's awakening alarmed Zordon, the great wizard who had sealed her away so long ago. Unfortunately, his last battle with Rita had resulted in his being trapped in an alternate dimension, so his movement was restricted to a tiny translucent tube. He'd have to call new heroes to do the job this time. He summoned five worthy teenagers to accept his Power and become the Power Rangers, a team of superheroes who would channel the power of the dinosaur age to fight evil. The five chosen ones were Billy, Jason, Zack, Trini, and Kimberly. Zordon commended them for their good hearts and unique abilities, and commanded his new fighting force to follow three rules:

1. Never use your powers for personal gain.
2. Never escalate a fight unless the enemy forces you to.
3. Keep your identity secret. No one may know you are a Power Ranger. (I give this rule two seconds in the game before it's broken.)

Despite his initial doubts, Billy rose to the challenge. He became the Blue Ranger that day, wielder of the Triceratops Power Coin. His skill with Ranger technology, mechanical expertise, and clever solutions more than qualified him for the job. Many times, an invention or observation from Billy ended up saving the team from Rita's schemes. His intelligence is nowhere near infailable, though. Foreign situations and a lack of reliable information will intimidate him and reduce his efficiency, but he'll do his best to come up with an educated guess at the right course of action.

Though the other four were athletes with years of martial arts, dance, or gymnastics experience, Billy was too busy pursuing knowledge to spend much time on athletics. His reliance on glasses to correct a severe case of near-sightedness was a barrier as well. As a result, Billy was by far the least skilled fighter of the Rangers at the beginning of their adventure. This was a weight over his shoulders, leading to situations where he'd feel guilt for dragging the team down. Over time, though, he diligently trained in martial arts under Jason and became as fine a fighter as the other four. He can defend himself now, but he still prefers to use trickery over direct combat.

**Ability**: Morphs/transforms into the Blue Mighty Morphin Power Ranger.
The Power Rangers each draw power from a Power Coin containing the strength of the creatures of the dinosaur age. Billy's particular dinosaur is the Triceratops.

Billy needs his Power Morpher to access his powers. It's a silver and black device that looks like a belt buckle. Set in the center is the Power Coin, a golden coin decorated with the image of a Triceratops. This power coin is the source of Billy's powers. Inscribed around the power coin is the phrase "Power Rangers". For all his talk about secrecy, Zordon wasn't very subtle.

To activate his powers, Billy raises the Power Morpher and yells "TRICERATOPS!" His Blue Ranger uniform, a full spandex bodysuit topped by a helmet that fully covers his head, appears instantaneously on his command.

He doesn't have flight, heat vision, or any of the more iconic superhero powers, but he does have enhanced strength, speed, and durability. It's nothing too far outside the range of normal human capabilities, though. The Power is more like a tool to augment his natural abilities than a real superpower.

NOVEMBER 2009 NITPICKS/NOTES/TO-DO FOR NEXT APP:
-Rita was unsealed on the planet Nemesis, not the moon. I really wish I'd been familiar with Rovang's Writers Guide when I wrote this. I'll make sure to correct this if I app Billy somewhere else.
-The 'secret identity' rule was broken in two days, not two minutes. I was off. :(
-Add a section on his Zord under 'abilities'. I didn't know Stacy had taken the zords with her when I wrote this app.
-Describe how the not!spandex functions as armor with nanofibers.
-Describe the Ranger uniform's shield function.
-Talk about Tommy. He's too important to leave out. Rocky, Adam, and Aisha need mentions too.
