| Basic Premise |
| Sailorpluto has reported to Neo-Queen Serenity (or at least a Sailorpluto has reported to a Neo-Queen Serenity) that Time-Space has become extremely unstable. No one is sure what universe this problem originated in, but it has spread and is causing all kinds of havoc. Whether any given location is the one a character may have been familiar with before is questionable. They may find themselves in each other's worlds, in their own worlds, or in a world completely unknown. They may travel to the past or future of any planet or star in the known galaxy. Previously beaten enemies are encountered as easily as friends never before met who've known a character for centuries. Most of the more powerful inhabitants of the worlds linked in this way are able to intentionally and consciously move between worlds, and each have managed to find devices that serve as communicators, letting them team up or fight across universes as well as throughout their own galaxies. Not all of them want to solve the problem - although many do. |

| &hearts Posts are made to the community, even character journal posts, so characters in-play other places can still use this place, too. &hearts "Dear mun" type posts are allowed as well, as long as they're clearly marked. &hearts "Moon Locket" accepts any character from any version of Sailormoon: anime, manga, live-action PGSM, live-action Sera Myu musicals, and the Snes RPG. &hearts Alternate-universe versions are allowed, and there is no limit to how many of a given character can be in-game. &hearts Standard RP etiquette applies. Avoid metagaming, godmodeing, powergaming, and drama. Conversations or logs between multiple characters of the same player are allowed since this is also essentially a collective muse box. &hearts Please post anything game-related to the community whether it's a communicator conversation or in-person log. They can be tagged appropriately. |
