Mixed CBTm Program

We’re excited to introduce our new, mixed-format Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with mindfulness (CBTm) program, starting this September 2025! This evidence-based mental health program runs for 5 weeks and will now be offered four times per year, with options to participate virtually or in-person, making it more accessible than ever.
