Momentum is an industry conference by Magaya designed for freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers who want to stay ahead.

When and where will Momentum take place?

Momentum will be held April 29–30, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables in Miami, Florida.

Who is Momentum for and do I have to be a Magaya customer to attend?

You do not have to be a Magaya customer to attend. Momentum is open for freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, NVOCCs, and other logistics service providers who either use Magaya today or want to learn more broadly about logistics technology and the market.

Will there be a virtual option?

Momentum is planned as an in-person experience in Miami. We may share select content on demand after the event. Sign up for updates if you want to be notified.

Is there an app for the conference?

Yes! The Momentum app is your source for building a personalized schedule, learning more about our speakers, connecting with other attendees, getting around the venue with maps, and more. Download it here. 

Can I earn continuing education credits for attending Momentum?
Yes! The 2026 Momentum Conference by Magaya has been approved for 9 continuing education credits by the NCBFAA Educational Institute (NEI).

This accreditation reflects the strength of Momentum’s agenda and its focus on regulatory updates, compliance best practices, and operational improvement for customs brokers.

Licensed customs brokers who attend the conference in full are eligible to receive credits applicable to CES/MES, CCS/MCS, and LCB credit types.

After the event concludes, attendees can submit the official verification code through the NEI Logistics Learning Management System to post credits to their transcript. Full instructions and the verification code will be provided to attendees following the conference.

Momentum accreditation is valid through February 12, 2027.

What types of sessions can I expect?

The agenda will feature general sessions, customer stories, product deep dives, hands-on learning, and networking opportunities, all focused on practical problem-solving for logistics teams.

Is Momentum only for current Magaya customers?

No. The event is open to both Magaya customers and other logistics professionals who want to explore new tools and strategies.

Will there be special rates for teams?

Can I sponsor or exhibit at Momentum?

How can I justify attending to my leadership team?

Momentum is designed to deliver clear value through practical sessions, peer learning, and direct access to Magaya experts. You will leave with ideas and tactics to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. A “Justify Your Trip” resource will be available closer to registration.

I’m traveling from outside the U.S. Can you provide a letter for customs or visa purposes?
Yes. We’re happy to provide an official event confirmation letter to support your travel documentation.
