OKAY. XD So you both said, "Whatever the other two of you want to do, :D" which is also basically what I said.
Anyway, I figure it'd be most involving to each take a task each month; we can either rotate however everyone sees fit, and you don't need to do necessarily rotate through every job or anything. Or we can just choose a job we like, whatever. XP The way I see it, there are really three jobs, which is convenient for us.
1) Post the meme.
--Decide meme theme (can be done as group, of course; I generally just choose one of the suggestions from our lovely members).
--Make the post (I just alter the previous month's post appropriately).
--Advertise meme to relevant Naruto communities.
2) Moderate the meme.
--Push-pin the meme and make sure all the prompts and fills coming in are kosher. Break up any wank/what not (this is unlikely to happen, though).
3) Archive the meme.
--Self-explanatory??
I uh, usually skip #3. >.> But it really SHOULD be done. As for archiving, I've had some volunteers do it after the fact, but I think it'd be really nice if we had it so that we had a running list as the meme went on (http://community.livejournal.com/hoodie_time/119369.html).
If we did that, however, the archivist would also need to keep up with the meme as it went--or #2 and #3 or work something out.
Other things, other things... August seems to be selling itself as a kink meme month, but other than that we can pick whatever.
