Finance
Started in financial services. Learned how systems fail at scale — compliance gaps, manual processes, legacy tooling. Started building automations to survive the workload.

Real Estate
Moved into real estate tech. Built internal tools to replace broker workflows: intake forms, CRMs, document pipelines. Team output. Solo throughput.

Web & Software
Full-time freelance. Built production apps for startups: SaaS platforms, Discord bots, AI integrations. Lighthouse 100 on delivery. Fixed price, no exceptions.

Specializing in AI-native pipelines — MCP orchestration, RAG systems, agentic workflows. Building the coordination layer most teams outsource to three vendors.
