    The first game in Vikings history for which Sid Hartman is not alive is today at Lambeau Field. Nice touch by the Packers to memorialize Sid in the press box.

    Several players mentioned a heartfelt message from Mike Zimmer on a team-wide Zoom call. Ameer Abdullah: "He said, 'I don't understand, and maybe I haven't given this as much attention, but I love every single one of you guys and I'll fight for you like you're my sons."

    Justin Jefferson took responsibility for J.J. McCarthy’s interception on Monday night, saying he needed to take two more steps before breaking on the route. “J.J. wasn't ready for me to be out that soon. That's why the ball was thrown inside of me, where it needed to be outside.

    With the #Vikings down 17-6 in the third quarter, J.J. McCarthy said to teammates in the huddle, “Where would you rather be?” McCarthy said he’d never said that to teammates before. “It juiced us up,” Justin Jefferson said. “He never gave up. That was the big thing about it.”
