As of May 14, 2024, Jane’s Desktop app is no longer available. Going forward, you can access your account through your web browser. Check out this guide for more details on this change 🚀
To access your account from your web browser, simply open a new tab and enter your clinic’s unique URL in the search bar to log in. The URL for administrative Jane accounts is yourclinicname.janeapp.com/admin.

Why is the Jane Desktop app no longer available?
The Jane Desktop app was an experimental app we launched in 2020 and it has been used by a small set of users. Additionally, Jane has always been optimized for use on a web browser, giving you the freedom to access Jane how you like, whether that’s on a desktop, laptop, or a mobile device like a tablet or smartphone.
Sunsetting our desktop app will allow us to reinvest more resources into Jane’s web application and many more features.
