How is overtime calculated?
Overtime is calculated automatically when daily hours exceed the "Regular Hours/Day" setting (default 8h). Any hours over the threshold are counted as overtime and multiplied by your chosen overtime rate (1×, 1.25×, 1.5×, or 2×).
Is my data saved?
All data stays in your browser. Click "Save" to store your timesheet in localStorage — it will persist across sessions. Nothing is sent to any server. Your data is completely private.
Can I track multiple weeks?
Yes! Use the ‹ › arrows to navigate between weeks. Each week's data is stored separately. The preview shows all weeks within your period dates.
How do I add breaks?
Enter break duration in minutes in the Break column for each day. Breaks are subtracted from total hours automatically. Toggle the Break column in Settings if you don't need it.
Can I use this for freelance invoicing?
Absolutely. Set your hourly rate, track hours per project using the Notes column, and export as PDF to attach to your invoice. The pay calculation section shows total earnings automatically.
