Is ProInvoice free to use? ▼
Yes, ProInvoice is completely free. There are no hidden charges, subscriptions, or watermarks. Download unlimited invoices at no cost.
Do my invoices get stored on your servers? ▼
No. All data stays in your browser. The "Save" feature stores data in your browser's localStorage only. Nothing is sent to any server. Your invoice data remains completely private.
Can I add my company logo? ▼
Absolutely. In the Details tab, click the logo upload area to upload your company logo. You can resize it using the width slider and remove it anytime.
How do I add tax, discount, or shipping? ▼
In the Items tab, scroll down to Totals. Toggle on Discount, Tax, or Shipping to enable them. You can set tax as a percentage, discount as percent or flat amount, and a fixed shipping fee.
Can I add a digital signature? ▼
Yes. In the Settings tab, enable "Show Signature Line." You can draw a signature with your mouse or touchscreen, upload an image of your signature, or type your name in a stylized font.
What currencies are supported? ▼
ProInvoice supports USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, PKR, CAD, AUD, CHF, AED, and SAR. Select your currency from the dropdown in the Items tab.
Can I use a custom font? ▼
Yes! In the Design tab, scroll to the Google Fonts section. Type any Google Fonts name (e.g. Roboto, Poppins, Oswald) and click Apply to use it on your invoice.
The PDF looks different from the preview — why? ▼
The PDF is generated at 2.5x resolution for sharpness. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups for downloads. If a custom Google Font was used, wait for it to fully load before exporting.
