I am an inclusive and empathetic therapist dedicated to the care of every client. I specialize in trauma-based therapy and gender-affirming care. I am a proud veteran of the US Army. I desire to make every client feel seen and heard. So often in life, we miss one another in the space we create, and I want to ensure this does not occur.
I enjoy using many different theoretical approaches, but I care most about what works for you and how fast or slow you would like to work. I always want to be in tune with my clients, wanting them to tell me what works for them and what doesn’t.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and all walks of life.
