Website accessibility - Creating content that works for everyone
Thu June 25 | 12:30 - 13:00 | Online

FREE MII MEMBER ONLY EVENT

This session shares a practical perspective on improving website accessibility, based on Arthur Cox's experience of enhancing content across their website. Rather than a technical deep dive, it focuses on what accessibility means in a day-to-day marketing context and how small changes to content structure, language and formatting can make a meaningful difference. Catherine will outline why accessibility matters, reflecting on key lessons from her journey, including what worked well, what proved more challenging, and how Arthur Cox approached embedding accessibility into content processes. The session will also highlight some practical steps that marketers can take to improve accessibility, as well as how well-structured, clearly written content can also support visibility in AI-driven search by making information easier to interpret and surface.
