"Volunteers are integral to USO-Metro, the organization can't serve it's purpose without them. As a retiree, volunteering at Reagan twice a month initially seemed minimal, but it didn't take long to realize how important that time is to each lounge and center. I'd encourage my fellow retirees to give back. Taking that time each month feels good. The past seven years have been more enjoyable than you'd imagine - assisting, reconnecting, and providing that public service.
