MeterBasic is a hobbyist-level meterscale drawing program with no usage or time limitations and requiring no key to operate. MeterBasic does not draw those special scales. A single simple linear scale can be drawn. MeterBasic allows the fontsize for the single scale to be selected.
It receives a stereo signal from any sound device and measures its loudness.
