Very interesting approach! I think this type of AI-enhanced data analysis is precisely the future of medicine, particularly in information-dense cognitive specialties like mine (rheumatology).

The volume of research data published in the medical literature has moved far beyond what an individual provider can possibly learn or know. In tandem, the amount of diagnostic and subjective data generated by and about an individual patient far outstrips what a single provider can integrate or interpret. So even before the advent of LLMs and AI models, medicine was exhibiting the need for assistive technologies to integrate and make use of all this data.

I’ve been doing some thinking along similar lines although from the physician’s perspective: https://beingintheclinic.substack.com/p/the-diagnostic-question.

Extraordinary! I'm already sharing this like crazy.

Did I miss the punchline? How long did it take you to solve the fatigue from the start of this, and I'm curious what you did to end it! Great work
