The Riga TechGirls Mentorship Program is designed for women who are beginning or growing their careers in tech. Whether you're exploring your first role or stepping into new challenges, this 6-month program connects you with experienced professionals ready to guide, support, and empower you.

Our 6-month program offers 1-on-1 mentoring, expert guidance, and a safe environment for both mentees and mentors to grow. Mentees gain support and connections with like-minded peers, while mentors challenge themselves and continue their own development.
The participation fee is 198 euros, which can be split into 6 monthly payments of 36 euros each.

MENTEES

The program is available to any woman starting 18+

Being ready to devote an average of 2 hours per week (1-on-1 mentoring, monthly sessions, other activities)

You have taken some first steps in your chosen tech role (courses, seminars, books, self-learning activities) that you can prove

Having an existing LinkedIn profile

MENTORS

Have several years of experience in your respective field

Are prepared to commit to 1-on-1 mentoring, requiring an average of 1-2 hours per week per mentee.

Can be available for a 6-month duration to help mentees set goals and accomplish tasks

Foster open communication and provide constructive feedback
