Update: I've come to the conclusion that I didn't care for my previous self-descriptive paragraph. The plethora of exclamations and references to babies and "all things pretty" suggest it was written during a manic episode (also known as my first year of college). A good part of it does accurately reflect a part of me, but it's only a small part, and I feel it doesn't really give a good impression of the whole pictures. So I'll edit this bitch up and try to make things a bit more well-rounded this time. Let's begin.
Who: Only child, born and raised in VA. Left handed Irish-bred Pisces. Vegetarian bisexual.
What: Film enthuiast studying to become a writer/director. Loves the printed word as well as all forms of film, modern and classic, particularly indie and foreign films.
Where: Currently in Orlando, FL, seeking access to the film industry through work and education.
When: Living out my teen years even as my mid-twenties rapidly approach. Lost years are simply that many years of wisdom I have with me now that I'm on my own.
Why: For righteousness, for posterity. The victory of good over evil, and the ability to capture a moment in time and preserve it for all of history. Civil rights-driven, pro-women/minorities/gay/environment/choice/speech/gun control/helping the underprivilaged/socialized medicine/Social Security/peace. Politically Democratic Socialist (NOT a Socialist Democrat!). Believes that which is beautiful in this world must be protected and preserved, even if it's only in stories and pictures.
So that's me in a nutshell. As far as my personality goes, I tend to fluctuate. Sometimes I'm all fluff and sugar ("puppies and glitter and rainbows!") and sometimes I'm doom and gloom ("blood and pain and death"). Often times I'm both at the same time. It all depends on my mood. (I'm the image Hot Topic tries to project, only I'm not a poser corporate whore. Not yet, anyway.)
Oh, and I have a habit of cursing like a sailor. Don't say you weren't warned.
