sometimes I’m a bit all over the place, super energetic, a little forgetful, or just plain chaotic without meaning to be. I get excited or overwhelmed easily, and it kind of all spills out at once.

Also, I’m really sorry if I forget who you are... especially if we haven’t talked in a while. My memory isn’t the best unless there’s consistent interaction. It’s never meant as shade, I promise.

DPD (Dependent Personality Disorder). It makes decision-making really hard for me, even with little things. I might ask for reassurance more than once, not because I don’t trust you, but because I struggle to trust myself. I worry a lot about messing up or being a burden, even when I don’t mean to be. The most common reactions from me is when sadly I am alone, I get really beat up over being alone for long periods of time.

If I ever seem unsure or overly dependent, just know I’m trying. I really am. I’m working on it, and your patience means more than you know. ♡

Please be mindful of how you speak around me. I know most people mean well, but sometimes certain words or tones can really get in my head. When that happens, I might go quiet, overthink everything, or slip into a hard-to-shake mood. I usually don’t explain it, I just pull away to protect my peace. It’s not about being dramatic, it’s just how I cope. I am a very sensitive person.
