What is a Linux VPS server?

A Linux VPS is a virtual server with fully isolated resources and a pre-installed operating system. You get dedicated processor cores, RAM, and NVMe disk space that you don't share with other customers. This format is suitable for web development, testing new solutions, or launching an online store. Renting a Linux VPS is cheaper than dedicated hardware, but gives you the flexibility to configure it for any task. Servers are ready to go in less than 10 minutes — choose your configuration, pay, and launch your project right away. Scaling is available in a couple of clicks, without downtime or data loss.
What virtualization is used on Linux VPS?

We use KVM virtualization — this is a hardware level of isolation where resources are not overbooked. Your CPU cores, RAM, and disk space are physically reserved, which provides predictable performance even during peak loads. Combined with a reliable data center and a 1 Gbit/s channel, this ensures low ping and stable response times. Hardware isolation also increases security: one client's processes are not visible to others. This solution is ideal for production, databases, and projects where infrastructure fault tolerance is critical.
What Linux distributions are available for installation?

The latest images are available in your personal account: Ubuntu 22.04–24.04 LTS, Debian 11–13, AlmaLinux 8–9, CentOS Stream. These Linux distributions are tested for compatibility with popular software and are regularly updated. Automatic installation takes less than a minute — the image is deployed immediately after the server is created.
How do I connect to the server and get root access?

After activation, you will receive data for SSH access: a static IP, root login, and password or key. You can connect via terminal, PuTTY, or the web console in the control panel — convenient if you don't have access to a local client. Full root access is enabled by default: you control the system at the kernel level, install any software, and configure the environment for your project tasks. For security reasons, we recommend that you generate SSH keys and disable password login right away — it will take a couple of minutes, but it will significantly strengthen the protection of your virtual server.
What if I need a control panel?

When ordering, you can choose to have a control panel pre-installed: ispmanager or FastPanel — they are installed automatically along with the OS. If you prefer a clean system, you can install the control panel manually in 5–10 minutes.
How does technical support work?

Technical support is available 24/7 and accepts requests via tickets. The average response time for technical questions is up to 15 minutes. We assist with website migration, security configuration, and optimization for high traffic.
