Can you customize machines for us?
Yes, we have been providing machine customization OEM/ODM service for many brands. Please contact us and provide details, such as customizing the company logo, machine appearance, or any specific functions.
Delivery: How can I get the machines?
MBT offers various shipping terms for your selection: International Express: Shipped by DHL/FedEx/UPS to your address. Ex-works/FOB: If you have a shipping agent in China, who will ship the machines to you, we can ship it to the agent's warehouse in China. DDP by air or sea: For some countries, we can ship the machine to you by air or sea, door-to-door, with customs clearance and import tax included.
After-sales service: How do I get the after-sales service?
We provide online service worldwide, including a user manual, detailed installation and operation videos, and online guidance. In some countries, our local distributors or resellers can provide on-site service if needed.
Warranty: What is the warranty?
We provide a one-year warranty for all MBT-Laser machines. Within one year, any beauty device under normal use conditions, with non-conceptual failure, confirmed by MBT, will be provided with free warranty service. Users should provide the SN number on the back of the MBT machine to obtain warranty service.
