About

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs determines the five tiers needed for people to grow best mentally and emotionally. These five tiers are stacked on one another, with physiological at the bottom and self-actualization at the top. Dr. Taormina and Dr. Goa's stated, "the more each lower-level need was satisfied, the more the next higher-level need was satisfied" in their study titled "Maslow and the Motivation Hierarchy: Measuring Satisfaction of the Needs."

Mission

Using Maslow's concept, our goal is to utilize data analysis to build habits through repeated check-ups and personalized advice in order to help people become a better version of themselves.
