Maskay Gallery
Maskay Gallery is a digital art gallery from the NOA (Northwest Argentina), from the Yungas and the Mountains. Here we say: Decentralization will come from the periphery. Maskay, in Quechua, means “Quest” That is who we are: a constant search. What began as a space for support and cooperation in 2021 remains our essence: fostering collaboration, bridging digital gaps, and bringing local art to the world through technology and Web3. A shared home to experiment, exhibit, and connect, where the local becomes global and every creator finds their place in an open and supportive creative ecosystem. From Tucumán, Argentina, Pablo Rivero, aka stipinpixel, is the creator and curator: The Searcher.

Espesura
Espesura gathers twenty photographs made in the Yungas of northwestern Argentina. Centered on the material experience of territory, the series unfolds through fragments rather than as a unified image of landscape: mineral surfaces, humidity, vegetation, openings in the relief, paths, mist, and minimal forms of life. Each photograph isolates a specific intensity within the monte and presents it as an autonomous visual unit. Together, the works construct a partial cartography of the territory, defined by density, transition, and layered relations between surface, depth, atmosphere, geology, altitude, and vegetation. A photographic series by Pablo Rivero aka Stipinpixel, for Maskay Gallery. Espesura in Objkt

Noistruct
Noistruct is a multidisciplinary artist and an Electronic Art student at UNTREF University in Buenos Aires. With a creative journey that has explored diverse aesthetics, such as swampcore and metal industrial design, his current work is a powerful fusion of the digital and the tangible. Through intricate collages that bring together 3D and 2D elements, he dives into the nature of anime entities, creating pieces that are both beautifully surreal and subtly unsettling.
In his first venture into physical work, Noistruct translates these digital creations into 3D-printed sculptures. Using textures that simulate concrete and stone, he gives his digital forms a fossil presence, bridging the digital aesthetic with the raw, tangible reality of the physical world.
This same artistic vision extends into the auditory realm. Noistruct is also immersed in the world of post-club sound, where he builds dense and textural soundscapes. His music, with a unique "noiseabunduous" atmosphere, mirrors his visual creations, it is raw, layered, and challenges the listener to experience a new kind of digital reality.

Andrómeda Strain
Visual artist, born in Peru and based in Catamarca, Argentina. Her practice unfolds across performance, sculpture, and multimedia archives. She explores the images and symbols that shape the identity of a territory, tracing the marks left by time and human presence on the landscape.
Her work moves between the poetic and the critical, where the human intrusion into nature becomes a reflection on power, loss, and persistence. Within this tension, she also questions gender roles and hegemonic discourses that influence the ways of seeing and inhabiting the world.
Her practice delves into the ruins, traces, and narratives that surface from the past into the present, weaving connections between memory and matter. She has taken part in numerous group exhibitions, received a National Art Award in Córdoba, completed artist residencies in Tucumán and Catamarca, and was selected for an International Film and Performance Festival.

Fecha: Noviembre, 2024 Exhibición: Arts Week Tucumán - Search (making art) / Losing oneself (in the rules of the market) Ubicación: Casa Museo de la Ciudad, San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina.
Hogar, Mint y Temporal. “¡Uy! ¡Se cortó la luz! ¡No tengo internet! ¿Puedo ir a mintear a tu casa? ¿Alguien me ayuda a crackearlos?” Fecha: Octubre, 2024 Exhibición: Cryptoart Exhibition at the "Festival of Electronic and Digital Art in Tucumán" in Festival Tormenta Ubicación: Horco Molle, San Javier, San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina.

“Search (Making Art) / Getting Lost (In the Rules of the Market)” During the Arts Week in Tucumán, the exhibition Search (Making Art) / Getting Lost (In the Rules of the Market), organized by the Maskay community and curated by Pablo Rivero, took place at the Casa Museo de la Ciudad in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina. This showcase blended physical and digital art, highlighting the transformative potential of Web3 for artists across diverse disciplines. The exhibition featured a central installation consisting of a structural support with two screens displaying artworks and creative processes by 18 artists. It also included physical pieces such as drawings and paintings that, while digitized, demanded to be experienced in their original format to preserve the tactile connection with the viewer. At the heart of the exhibit was a fundamental concept: “Artists support artists.” This space sought to break down geographic and technological barriers, fostering genuine decentralization and transparency. As expressed by Maskay, “making art is an act of search”—a creative catalyst inviting reflection and the reconstruction of concepts surrounding creation, recognition, and roles within both local and global art scenes. Through this exhibition, fundamental questions about artistic identity were posed: Why do we need to showcase ourselves? What does it mean to create art in the local scene and then transcend to the global stage? Will our achievements be celebrated or our efforts recognized? In a context where “spaces are already occupied,” this exhibition proposed reimagining how we think about emerging art, challenging the logics of the market. Confronted by an authoritarian system that dictates aesthetic and consumption rules, Search (Making Art) / Getting Lost (In the Rules of the Market) encouraged artists to reflect on their place: Should they adapt or stand out? Camouflage or resist? Maskay emphasized the importance of community as a refuge, encouraging artists not to lose themselves in market dynamics—or at least not to do so alone. The exhibition also engaged with the work of other local artists exploring digitality, alongside the permanent collection of the Casa Museo de la Ciudad, which includes texts, photographs, maps, and other materials reflecting the history and social context of San Miguel de Tucumán from its founding to the 1980s. Dates: November, 2024 Exhibition: Arts Week Tucumán - Search (making art) / Losing oneself (in the rules of the market) Location: Casa Museo de la Ciudad, San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina.
Home, Mint, and Storms This digital art collection explores the connection between the everyday and the fantastical, taking the creative experience from home in Tucumán as a starting point. Artists face technological limitations in their region while projecting their dreams, goals, and illusions through a visual language that fuses the tangible with the surreal. Home becomes a stage where time flows between the calm of the siesta and the intensity of the storm, moments that invite deep introspection. Rain, beyond being a climatic phenomenon, acts as a trigger for reflections on achievements and challenges. Artists supporting artists. My house is my friends' house. I find the artworks infused with the mysticism of the region… “Oh no! The power’s out! I don’t have internet! Can I mint at your place? Friend, my phone got stolen, I guess I’ll have to work from your tablet. Again! The computer broke because we all use it at home... Can you help me? I only have a phone, come over to scan your drawings! We’ll mint from here. I disappeared for three months because my computer can't handle drawing programs. Can someone help me crack them?” Dates: October, 2024 Exhibition: Cryptoart Exhibition at the "Festival of Electronic and Digital Art in Tucumán" in Festival Tormenta Location: Horco Molle, San Javier, San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina.
