TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Muskoka Lakes proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to
a) close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 30, Concession 5, Township of Watt, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-27988; and
b) close that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 30, Concession 5, Township of Watt, now Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-27988.
The proposed by-law will come before the Council for consideration at its regular meeting. This hybrid meeting is to be held from the Council Chambers, at Port Carling, Ontario, pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, 15th day of April, 2026 at the hour of one o'clock, in the afternoon. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below. (MERSKY, Roll #2-9-043-01, 1533 Brackenrig Road, Unit #3).
