Maria overview
Maria is a small and simple, pure Cocoa application based on GNU wget command. It allows to download entire websites for offline browsing. It is possible to download only selected types of files, e.g. only graphics or music files. Maria allows to download links from given text file.

What is it with these so-called website download apps?
I've tried this.
Runs well, stable. Even let's me know when the site is downloaded.
Pity it doesn't actually download ANYTHING.

Nice app, does what it should, very, very, very stable. Very easy to use.
However, if you need to download only a special type of file (which is not listed in Maria's standard files like pdf, jpeg, etc.), then you have to download the whole site, which can take a looong time. Because of that, I use SiteSucker, which has much more features.
Still; Maria is a great app!

Very nice app; does what it says. I would appreciate a percentage embedded in the progressbar--although I'm aware that it will not be practical (thinking of unforseeable recursive download depth).
It's perfect for downloading free books being available in html-format, if you need to read them off-line.
I recommend it!
