Hello everybody,

Yesterday I wrote in spanish, but the main message is: eh, hello i'm alive!!

Today I was checking IKEA homepage searching ideas for a kind of living room that I want to make in my house in a room of the firt floor.

Really the purpose of this room that is actually empty, is create a place where I can put my books, comics, films, cd's... and also a room where I can read a good book, perhaps in a sofa, with my boyfriend near me. So the idea is to create a comfortable space and also that could be functional.

Perhaps the white is a great colourfor the bookcase, but doens't convince me for the desk.

Well returning to the subject of the entry, I want to show you my comeback to the photoshop:

Bueno, qué de tiempo...madre del señor, se nota que estoy de vacaciones después de yo que sé...mil siglos.

Si veis el trauma al darme cuenta de que ni me acordaba de mis contraseñas de hotmail, yahoo etc..

Con eso de que me paso la vida trabajando, ya ni quiero saber nada del ordenador.

Qué es de vuestra vida? Espero que todos esteis genial..yo ya me veis currando, a 9 meses de casarme y montando casa :)

Me he hecho una cuenta de facebook...ya que comentando con gente del trabajo parece que es lo más "in" y no sé querí probar si encontraba gente de mi antiguo insti pérdida en el ciberespacio.

De momento he encontrado dos antiguas compis..he encontrado más de la universidad que del instituto, la verdad.

Y aprovecho para colgar esas famosas fotos de mi casa, novio, perros, que nunca colgué aquí je,je..dios qué mala

A Spanish friend has reminded me that I’m Spanish, and that I’m always talking in English, so in her favor, I’m gonna make this entry in Spanish…sorry English speakers.

De acuerdo hace un siglo que no actualizo en castellano, así que ahí va.

Al final tanto darle vueltas a la cabeza, y el viernes ni fui al trabajo, ni a la entrevista porque estaba mala.

Hoy me han llamado pero, cómo estaba reunida no lo he cogido. Ya veremos si lo hago.

Para quién no se haya enterado de toda la movida... si ya sé que da pereza leer en inglés, hago un resumen:

Me llamaron de Deloitte, supere las pruebas de acceso, y la entrevista con RRHH, ahora me quedaría la entrevista con los socios. Problemas que le veo al trabajo:

El trabajo es en Murcia, recuerdo que yo soy de Cartagena, y eso me plantea ciertos gastos.

Dónde estoy ahora me traigo la comida de casa y la empresa tiene su propio parking, lo cuál es fantástico, en cambio si trabajará en Deloitte no tendría la posibilidad de ir a mi casa a comer ya que no me daría tiempo, el viaje sería un mayor consumo de gasolina del actual, el aparcar otro poema, ya que no conozco los entresijos de la ciudad y los parking que es en el único sitio dónde se podría son un saqueo (14 euros la última vez que estuve), y a todo eso le sumo: el horroroso tráfico de la capital.

Eso es en cuánto a la localización... hablemos del trabajo, en sí es más estresante del que yo tengo y con un peor horario. Por lo que he leído es un trabajo de los de dar el 120%.

Los 5 primeros meses son de formación y gano una miseria con los que casi no cubro el préstamo.

Después ganaría algo parecido a lo que gano ahora, pero recuerdo que mis gastos serían mayores que ahora.

Al año y cada año, si hay una posibilidad de incremento de sueldo atractiva pero, va condicionada a aprobar la revisión a la que te someten, y depende por lo tanto de ver en qué mayor o menor grado te has dejado la piel por la empresa. Y ahí es dónde me entra el miedo, porque para mi desgracia ya sé lo que es caerle mal a la gente sin que eso haya tenido que ver con tu rendimiento, y ya sé en mis carnes cómo es ver que te dejan de lado y te pisan al cuello.

Si el trabajo al menos fuera en Cartagena, pues no sé tal vez me arriesgaría. Pero es que además ya me han dicho que dónde estoy, que estoy la mar de a gusto, me van a renovar por un año más. Puede que dos, y además estoy opositando para una nueva plaza interna que ha salido.

Así que prefiero ver cómo me salen las cosas aquí a amarrarme con nadie más.

Ahora que ya estais al día, os contaré las novedades:

A Deby (deby91) véase mi sista, ha ganado en un concurso que han montado en su colegio en conmemoración del día del maestro, presento un powerpoint muy chulo, en el que..bueno ya sabeis que ella dibuja, no? Pues se ve un maestro que de una roca, moldea a su alumno, y luego claro, además de darle forma, pues le proveé de un corazón, el lema de este año era mi maestro me enseña a vivir, así que yo le iba ni con cola.

Esta tarde iremos a la entrega de premios, y voy a ver si la convenzo para que lo suba y lo veais..que está muy tiquimisquis con lo de los derecho de autor je,je

Yep, as you can imagine a large multifandom icons entry again, now in my new icon journal.

But first I want to tell that in my icon posting and challenges community, icons_dreams, has a new style, new affiliates, and I hope that soon new challenges.

If you were an affiliate of us, please tell me so with the new layout I could forget someone.

Excuse me...I'd completely forgot one (and I suposse the most important) rule of tha icontest community.

In my last post I beg you that visit that community, and I musn't do it. I made a quickly entry and I didn't remember the rules but it can't be forgiven

In my defense (if I have one) I can say that I'd posted in the chall 2 icons that you saw in older entries, but I swear that the rest were new and nobody have seen them.

So it's correct and I agree with the disqualification.

Tutorial VM icon

Vamos a ver si me explico bien:

Vamos a pasar de

a

Por aquí al tuto

1.Duplicar capa>Modo de fusión Trama>Opacidad de un 75%-80%>Combinar visibles

así le damos claridad al icon pero, sin pasarnos

2.Duplicar capa>Filtros>Otros>Paso alto 3,4 px>Modo de fusión luz suave>Combinar visibles.

así resaltamos los pómulos de Vero, remarcando las líneas de expresión

3.Duplicar capa>Imagen>Ajustes>Corrección Selectiva

A mi esta herramienta me chifla..como veis si desplegais el menú vereis que hay una lista de colores (rojo,amarillo,verde,cian,zaul,magenta,blanco,neutro y negro) y que podeis modificar cada uno de ellos en cian,magenta,amarillo y negro.

Lo que vamos a hacer es llevar cada color a su opuesto..es decir al rojo lo vamos a poner azul, es decir cian +100, al amarillo a azul, amarillo -100, y así hasta llegar a los blancos que le vamos aumentar sólo en 10 los negros, y a los neutros los aclararemos en negro-10, aumentando los negros en +30 negro

Para que os hagais una idea los contrarios son

rojo-cian
azul-amarillo
verde-magenta
blanco-negro

Así que después de hacer esto se os quedará una Vero bicolor verde y magenta más o menos..pues bien ahora:

- modo de fusión luz suave 100%
- duplico capa
- modo de fusión trama 90%..y antes de combinar borrar con el extremo izquierdo y derecho con la goma al 100% y disminuir un poco el efecto de la trama en la cara de Vero con el pincel al 31%

4.Volvemos a usar corrección selectiva para aumentar los amarillos y el negro en los blanco.Blanco +15 amarillo,+20 negro
5..Ya falta menos..ahora vemos que se ha quedao un pelón oscurín pues bien;con equilibrio de color (imagen>ajustes>equilibrio de color) aumentaremos un poquitín las iluminaciones cianes(-15 0 0), los medios tonos en (-5 0 -6) y las sombras en magenta (0 -10 0)

Y se acabo..ahora añadirle pinceles y demás chorradas

Hola a todos!!...

Sip, en español..todo por que he oido por ahí..que me han abducido y no es del todo cierto (no miro a nadie disdis)..lo que pasa es que soy muy vaga y que encima tengo poco tiempo..lo que dificulta el hecho de hacer dos versiones (cómo tenía pensado)..pero, tranquila que no eres la única que me has pegao un "tironcillo de orejas" hoy.

Así que en español pero con organización...voy a contaros:

Se me había olvidado lo complicado que es hacer que una comunidad funcione y que la gente participe, lo digo por icons_dreams..estoy pensando en poner mi challenge ya con retos de VM, House,y tal vez X-Men o yo que sé...necesito ideas.

Al menos ya conseguí nuestro primer afiliado..aunque del resto de peticiones que realice no sé res de res.
