The dashboard is divided into nine sections to provide a comprehensive overview of your marketing campaigns and your subscriber database. It gives you the whole picture of your progress towards your marketing goals.
To access the Dashboard page, choose Dashboard section in the main menu (https://my.inboxsuite.com/v1/dashboard).

Choose the website you want to get statistics for from the dropdown menu. Choose ALL SITES to see general statistics for all of your websites.

| Lost | the number of profiles with non-deliverable statuses: Hard Bounce, Spam Bot, Unsubscriber, Complainer, and Legacy |

It is the number of profiles that made their first click in an email from a different website than your current website.
Explore the number of subscriptions grouped by source.
What to track: Monitor your traffic sources.
How to use: Navigate through various traffic channels to single out the most effective ones based on profile engagement.
AI at work: By analyzing reference identifiers, AI strategies help you choose from various landing pages and optimize your campaign within a traffic channel.
| Sent | is the number of emails sent within the chosen period, and the ratio of Sent to Planned |
| Opens | is the number of unique opens of emails sent within the chosen period, and the ratio of Opens to Delivered |
| Unsubscribed | is the number of unique profiles who unsubscribed via emails sent within the chosen period, and the ratio of Unsubscribed to Opens |
| Delivered | is the number of emails that were sent and delivered within the chosen period, and the ratio of Delivered to Sent |
| Clicks | is the number of clicks made in emails sent within the chosen period, and the ratio of Clicks to Opens |
| Complaints | is the number of unique complaints made in emails sent within the chosen period, and the ratio of Complaints to Delivered |
What to track: Monitor how many emails have been sent and delivered over a specified period. Keep abreast of your unsubscription and complaint rates.
How to use: Check, among other things, the average open and click rates to ensure that you regularly add new emails to keep your subscribers engaged.

Check your statistics (Delivered, Opens, CTR (Clicks/Opens), Complaints) grouped by the mailbox service provider.

Discover the ratio of active subscribers from a particular U.S. state to the total population or that state.
What to track: See how many subscribers you have in each particular U.S. state. The percentage placed in parentheses indicates your share in the digital population of the state.
How to use: You can generate your editorial based on geo peculiarities of your audience.
