1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in or accessing our virtual Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Core AI Skills courses ("the Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Course Access and Duration
- Live Classes and Support: The core Course consists of 6 months of live, virtual classes followed by 6 months of additional support (e.g., Q&A sessions, community access, etc.).
- Course Material Availability: You will have access to the recorded class materials, resources, and any associated learning platforms for a period of 3 years from your date of enrollment. Access will terminate automatically after this 3-year period.
- Non-Transferable Access: Your enrollment and access to the Course materials are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual.
3. Enrollment Tiers and Pricing
Tuition is determined by the student's professional experience level at the time of enrollment.

- Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of experience (e.g., resume, employment verification) or student status. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in enrollment cancellation or a mandatory upgrade to the appropriate tier.
- Payment: All fees are due in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal payment plan.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of the Course, including but not limited to videos, lectures, course materials, handouts, and support documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ajitha Tech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course materials without explicit written consent.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all live classes and support sessions. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ajitha Tech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. provides the Course for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, salary increases, or specific career outcomes. You acknowledge that your success in applying the skills taught is dependent on your personal effort, background, and external factors. Our total liability for any claim arising from your enrollment is limited to the tuition fee paid for the Course.
