Refund Policy

1. General Refund Principles

We strive to ensure student satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to all enrollment tiers for the GenAI and/or Core AI Skills Course. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@manishd.in.

2. Eligibility Period for Refund

Refunds will only be considered if requested within the first 14 days following your initial enrollment date.

3. Calculation of Refund

• Full Refund: If you request a refund before the start date of the first live class, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the tuition fee paid.
• Partial Refund: If you request a refund after the first live class has commenced but still within the 14-day eligibility period, your refund will be the total tuition fee paid minus a $150 administrative fee (to cover initial setup and processing costs) and a pro-rated amount for any live classes or support sessions already conducted or recorded materials accessed.
• No Refund: No refunds will be granted after the 14-day eligibility period, regardless of attendance or use of the materials.
• Tier-Specific Exception: Due to the deeply discounted nature of the Student ($101) tier, no refunds will be issued for this tier once the first live class has been accessed or the 14-day eligibility period has passed.

4. Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days and returned to the original method of payment.
