THE FOUNDATION’S ADVOCACY WORK IS BASED ON THESE PRINCIPLES: 

• Healthcare systems and professionals should first do no harm AND respect the bodily autonomy of patients.
• The mission of healthcare is to prevent disease and/or to restore health to the extent possible.
• Patients have a fundamental right to be properly INFORMED™ regarding all tests, procedures or medical intervention of any type BEFORE proceeding.
• It is up to us, as healthcare consumers, to organize, create and support a new and better healthcare system based on INFORMED™ principles.

THE FOUNDATION’S INITIATIVES:

• Health-related educational programs
• Make Americans Free Again (MAFA): legal representation for people who were harmed or who died as a result of the COVID debacle. We must make sure that this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!
• Power-of Attorney documents and training for individuals who serve as designated POAs for family members and/or friends
• Protecting Responsible Practitioners Initiative – legal defense for licensed AND unlicensed health providers against overreach by state licensure boards, certifying bodies and other state and private organizations
• Legal defense to protect religious exemptions, parental authority over minor children, medical choice, bodily autonomy, and INFORMED™ Consent

What began as a wake-up call during the COVID crisis of 2020 grew into a national movement…

That crisis exposed three urgent realities:

• Excessive government and institutional control
• A broken medical system that routinely ignores informed consent and often causes harm
• A lack of organized community to protect individuals and push back effectively

In response, tens of thousands of people joined us!

• We organized a virtual law firm to defend Americans against medical and government overreach, such as vaccine mandates and informed-consent violations
• Local MAFA Tribes were organized nationwide to provide local community and support, access to safer healthcare options, education, and to raise money to support our legal team.

We’ve already celebrated some MAJOR legal wins, including:

• Restoration of licenses for health professionals who were silenced for speaking out
• Ongoing representation for first responders, healthcare workers, students, and others who were punished for defying mandates
• Multiple legal actions against EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Daszak and others involved in the creation of SARS-CoV-2 and the cover-up, which led to the end of funding from the U.S. government

We are proud of these wins, but our work is far from over! EVERY DAY, Americans are:

Harmed by unsafe medical care | Denied legally required informed consent | Pressured or punished regarding personal medical decisions | Unprotected in hospitals and medical emergencies | Denied their religious and parental rights—especially regarding childhood vaccination laws

American children, the vulnerable, and the vaccine-injured continue to pay the highest price.

As our mission expands beyond a crisis response to include long-term reform, MAFA has an initiative of the Wellness Forum Foundation, which is now focused on:

Enforcing informed consent laws | Protecting patient rights in hospitals and during medical emergencies | Education for members and their medical powers of attorney | Strategic litigation to hold healthcare and related institutions accountable | Building strong, local communities that can change bad laws and replace corrupt legislators | Educating Americans to protect themselves and their families from a broken healthcare system
