• Workplace Productivity (WP) is our foundational training program. It covers in-depth the topics of goal setting, productivity, time and energy management, work-life balance, effective communication, delegation, and team collaboration.
• Workplace Leadership and Coaching (WLC) is ideal for participants who have completed the WP or EPP previously and are looking to grow in their roles as coaches and leaders. This program helps you develop a coaching process that allows you to take a diverse group of people, expand and grow their unique talents, keep them satisfied and motivated, and, most importantly, retain their talent in this competitive environment.
• All our programs are delivered live on Zoom and utilize cutting-edge educational platforms, providing live instructor feedback, and incorporate mentorship coaching throughout the program's duration.
