Trying to renew and it's been 45 minutes. Called and held for over 1/2 hour and got no one. On line the chat ended after one reply. Ready to go back to verizon if I get no help..
The old version is Great but will not work on 64 bit windows 7 - Whyen are you going to produce a newer version that will? I tried downloading version 5 but I only get the toolbar which is good, but I cannot get the whole version of the bible which I want.
I have the used this product since version 8 and now I believe that this version 11 is the worst version they have ever created. For instance, where are the updates that fix any of the known issues that this product has? There is no product in existence today that has been released with absolutely no issues whatsoever and this one is no different whatsoever. Why does this product continually turn on even when you are not telling it to? Why does this product use an exorbitant amount of resource when not In use? No I will not be renewing my clientele with this company until all issues are noted and remedied!
Worked great when I first bought it, had great sound and no echo as was used to be the standard with internet based phone systems. Stopped working about 6 months after it was bought. Will not load up in Win XPx64, Vista x64 or Windows 7 x64. It shows up as a hard drive for a few seconds with the blue light on, but then the blue light goes out and the drive disappears. Can't say it wasn't worth it for what I got out of it, but it should have worked longer so i could have bought the 5 year plan that they are pushing.
The product works well... There are small (1-2 seconds) periodic drops in communications but other than that it sounds like a regular land line. I like the voicemail that leaves you a audio message in your e-mail. It's definitely better than paying $60 bucks a month for a regular phone. I even have it connected to a wireless system in my home with 4 phones. Great job MJ...
It works with windows 7 as well.
