NOTES
● First-years are not required to fill in their electives.
● Any student that does not fill in an elective, first-year or otherwise, will be encouraged to convert the free time into study periods. This is not required, but you run the risk of incurring the wrath of any professor that happens to see you slacking off. ~~Ron Weasleys of the world, we are looking at you.~~
● Elective classes have no strict time-frame and are hand-waved at the discretion of professors. Once a week is required, but they may take on their classes whensoever they please.
● All elective classes are mixed between the four houses.
● Students in elective classes may be dismissed from the subject by corresponding professors at any given time.
● There are no strict rules pertaining to Hogwarts schedules. You are required to take the core studies, no matter the school year, but everything else is left to the discretion and preference of your character.
● If you decide to 'pull a Granger' and take everything possible, you will need to have a time-turner authorised at the Mod Contact page. The minimum number of electives required to request a time turner is 7.
● Astronomy and Flying classes have been relegated to electives, given the sheer degree of extra students the Magicdraft spell has pulled into the castle. A full list of canon lessons can be found on the HP WIKI.
● Anyone can take electives, but no one (at present) is permitted to drop their core subjects regardless of age. ~~If you don't like Double Potions, you can cry Professor Snape a river.~~
